We offer you a spacious, stylish non-smoking apartment (60 m²) in the basement in a quiet location.
Regardless of whether you are planning a vacation in Kassel, want to visit Documenta or are at a trade fair, are temporarily working in Kassel or are looking for a local place for your guests, our apartment is the right choice.

The large garden offers sunny and shady places to relax, which you are welcome to use.
The area is ideal for jogging, walking and walking, the city center is also about 10 to 20 minutes away (by car, public. Local transport or bicycle). The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and there are always parking spaces in front of the house or in the immediate vicinity.
An information folder with information about Kassel and the surrounding area helps you plan your vacation.
Enjoy Kassel with its variety of museums (including the Brothers Grimm Museum, Museum for Sepulchral Culture, Wilhelmshöhe Palace, the New Gallery, Spohr Museum and many more). Unique collections and exhibitions can be found here.
The Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe is also beautiful, it is considered to be Europe's largest mountain park and is famous for its unique abundance of trees and plants, the museums and sights and of course the Hercules and the water arts.
Since the 23rd June 2013, the Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe with its water arts was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List and the 38th World cultural heritage in Germany.
We also recommend visiting the Karlsaue State Park and of course the Documenta, the D 15 is again 100 days from 06/18 - 09/25/2022.
