We provide the house with a large landscaped garden completely furnished distinctive and fully equipped. Relaxation, hiking, biking or skiing ... this and more is what this place can offer. Our aim is to provide a memorable experience in one of the most beautiful places in Italy: the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.

- 10 minutes from Park Lakes Suviana and Brasimone, from the castle of Rocchetta Mattei and the thermal spa of Porretta Terme
- Great base for skiing / snowboarding in the slopes of Corno alle Scale and Cimone

- Centrally located between the sites of Pistoia and Bologna

Van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon, zorgzame verhuurder, goed gesitueerde locatie, Porretta met winkels en uitstekende restaurants, station op 8 autominuten. Grote tuin, rust.

I went in this house with my wife and my daughter. It's fully furnished, exactly what we were looking for, a quiet and relaxing holiday home where to stay. The garden is very big and the area offers a lot of attractions: castles, lakes, mountain and good food! Exactly in the middle between Bologna and Florence....we'll come back next year

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura con il mio compagno e mia figlia di 12 anni a settembre dello scorso anno. La casa si presenta come nella descrizione, molto pulita, ed i proprietari sono molto gentili e cordiali. Il grande giardino è ottimo per rilassarsi, ha una piacevole vista monti ed è stato particolarmente apprezzato da mia figlia. Il tutto è sicuramente consigliato. La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla ma centrale per quanto riguarda le attrazioni del posto, ossia le vicine terme romane a 2 km, il parco dei laghi ed i castelli nella zona. I ristoranti del posto rispecchiano poi la fama della cucina locale, ossia la tradizione bolognese/toscana. Torneremo sicuramente, e ne approfitteremo per vedere ciò che questa volta non siamo riusciti a fare, ossia il Corno alle Scale (quasi 2000 m) e Pistoia, Firenze e Bologna, raggiungibili con il caratteristico treno alla stazione del paese.
