On this floor is the large living room with fireplace and TV and WIFI access, divided into 3 main living area, dining room and games and reading area, a fully equipped designer kitchen, 2 double rooms accessible to people with reduced mobility and a full bath also accessible.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 suite with jacuzzi, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace with beautiful views.
This kind bucolic retreat with beautiful views of the valley, is in a private estate of 4,000 m2 with a nice garden of 1000 m2 entirely closed. Enjoy your desirable terraces and porches, garden with swimmingpool (has security fence), barbecue and outdoor dining.
This charming home is located on the Costa da Morte, in the village of Verdillo, in a quiet rural setting, close to the best beaches and also well-connected by motorway to A Coruña 20 minutes; Santiago, 35 minutes, 45 minutes Finisterre.
You can walk, hiking, biking, golf, surfing, long walks on horseback or just relax and just 5 minutes from Carballo, the nearest town, with all services, supermarkets, cinemas, spa , medical center, cafes, restaurants, tapas areas ... and even a local market every Thursday and alternate Sundays.

We had an amazing time in Eva and Roberto’s beautiful house. The house was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. Eva’s warm welcome and great recommendations were top notch. Communications were easy and fast. The property is well situated for those wishing to discover Galicia’s northern coast. Highlights: Carballo’s local market, Traba and Rostro beaches, all the amazing seafood restaurants dotting the coast and off course, Santiago de Compostela.

The house, the furniture and everything is to a high standard and very tasteful. It is a charming position with good views. The garden is very pleasant and also the pool. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

We cannot give enough praise to Eva and Roberto for being such wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and the care taken to make our holiday special will remain with us all for a very long time. The children particularly liked the swimming pool and the garden was a delight. The house has everything that you will need for a great holiday
