Goertz und Partner offers this splendid apartment for rent, boasting breathtaking views of the sea and the Bay of Roses.
Located in Empuriabrava, in the heart of the "Gran Reserva" residential complex, this property enjoys an exceptional setting: tree-lined walkways, flower gardens, and multiple swimming pools surrounded by lawns. (Please note: access to the swimming pools, managed by the condominium association, is not included in the rental price and remains optional.)
Elegantly and tastefully renovated, this apartment impresses with its spaciousness, comfort, and welcoming atmosphere. Upon entering, to your right, are two bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds (90 cm) side by side and wardrobes. One opens onto a small terrace, the other onto a laundry room with a washing machine and a second refrigerator. A little further on, before the dining room, a full bathroom with a bathtub awaits. The dining room, arranged on two levels separated by two steps, features a modern, fully equipped kitchen: large fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, high-performance extractor hood, multi-function microwave (grill), toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher.
Down the two steps, you enter the living room, which boasts a modern large-screen TV (satellite, numerous international channels), a home cinema system, and a hi-fi system for playing music from a smartphone or audio CD. This room opens onto a spacious terrace of approximately 20 m², offering panoramic sea views: L'Escala to the right, Roses to the left.

Alles in allem zu empfehlen. Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. War renoviert und sauber. Leider ist es im Haus nachts etwas laut, was u. a. an den im EG gelegenen Restaurants liegt. War aber auszuhalten. Die Lage ist optimal und der Kontakt war sehr unkompliziert, zuverlässig und freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wij zijn hier van 21 juli tm 4 augustus 2018 geweest. Het appartement is van binnen schitterend en is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Een heel fijn terras aan de zeezijde. Het enige nadeel is de binnenkomst in de centrale ingang van de blok, daar kan het regelmatig goed stinken naar een soort van moos. Hier heb je in het appartement gelukkig geen last van.
