Ruhige Nachbarschaft - aber nur für bestimmte Personen!

Schönes Appartement und toller Pool auf der Dachterrasse (leider abends nicht nutzbar)

1.) Wir wurden gleich am ersten Abend (ca 30 Minuten nach unserer Ankunft) von der Vermieterin per Anruf und SMS gerügt, dass wir zu laut sind da sich Nachbarn über Lärm beschwert haben. Wir sollten sofort hineingehen. Wir haben auf der Dachterrasse Abend gegessen und waren definitiv nicht laut. Normale Unterhaltung auf maximal Zimmerlautstärke. Wir sind/waren alles andere als eine Partygruppe und hatten noch NIE so ein Thema. Wir sind selbst eher diejenigen die sich über Lärm beschweren als diejenigen die ihn produzieren. Die Gäste neben uns waren waren definitv lauter (z.b. auch noch im Pool, wenngleich auch nicht mega laut.) Obwohl wir Beweisvideos gemacht haben wurde uns nicht geglaubt. Erster Abend war somit gelaufen für uns. Der Höhepunkt aber einen Abend später: wirklich sehr laute Party mit lauter Musik und Herumgeschreie bis spät in die frühen Morgenstunden gegenüber von uns (einheimische). Wenn man die Dachterrasse selbst dann quasi nicht nutzen kann bringt die ganze schöne Anlage genau nichts. Ich denke hier gab es wohl in der Vergangenheit immer wieder laute Gäste und jetzt warten die Nachbarn anscheinend auf jede Gelegenheit sich zu beschweren. 2.) leider kein weißer Sonnenschutz so wie auf den Fotos, man hat so den ganzen Tag quasi kaum Schatten. 3.) Wlan funktionierte sehr schlecht 4.) bei den letzten Personen die duschen immer kaltes Wasser, warmes Wasser nur für die ersten 3,4 Personen. Leider keine Weiterempfehlung, außer man nutzt die Dachterrasse abends nicht oder nur im Flüstern.

De keuken was prima. Maar de oven was helaas niet bruikbaar en vaatwasser erg klein voor 6 personen
