Amazing view! Short walk to the beach. Pool/hot tub were great. Condo was very spacious. The photos need to be updated on VRBO. The shower in the hall bath needs repaired. The water barely comes out of the shower head and the temperature fluctuates from warm to scorching. If you have small children be mindful of that. I understand everyone is recovering from the hurricanes but I would suggest a deep clean and a few maintenance repairs. The curtain rod in the master bedroom on the patio door needs to be replaced. The ball falls off the end. The shower in the master bedroom does not have the fixtures shown in the photos. Not that they are necessary item, photos should show that. The couch needs a very good cleaning. We put a sheet on it. The large dining table was awesome. The cushions on patio chairs have holes and the stuffing is coming out. They are very comfortable though. Great location! Walking distance to a few restaurants and coffee shop. I would suggest trying the corner kitchen and coffee shop, they have amazing food and the guy who owns it is awesome! The lucky lizard is also very good with a limited menu due to just re-opening recently. The reef has great food and caddy’s was our favorite. You are a 15 minute drive from St Pete beach and a half hour from Clearwater Beach. In St Pete I would suggest going to Rum Fish Grill for a killer steak! A little pricey but delicious. Boulevard burger has great food as well. Clearwater beach try frenchys on the beach.

The room had a great amount of space to spread out, lounge, and sleep! It has a beautiful view from the two decks and easy access directly to the beach. The pool and hot tub looked nice (we never had a chnace to visit them since we enjoyed the beach so much) and had a good ampunt of shade in the morning and sun in afternoon and evening. The beach was well maintained to enjoy. The rooms were clean with many sleeping options. Staff were very responsive to any questions we had and polite! Only complaint would be the elevator sometimes out of commission which is difficult when hauling luggage and/or beach items. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent location in Mad Beach. The property has an excellent balcony of the master bedroom that is great to sit on at night, or enjoy your morning coffee to see the sunrise. The other balcony, facing the ocean, is excellent as well. 4 chairs and a table allowed us all to enjoy the views and amazing sunsets.

Good: Great beach view. Living room and kitchen large and open. Parking is open and convenient. Location is great for traveling to different locations. Bad:Pool was not available and under construction. No notification of construction happening and notified pool was closed 3 days prior to arrival. Offered a full refund but at that point nothing was available to rent. Management was not transparent with the information regarding the pool situation. No hot water in master bathroom first night. Loud and noisy road outside master bedroom, by 8am it’s seems as if your sleeping on the road itself for how loud it is. Window and doors need to be replaced with sound proof options. As for newly renovated I’m not sure what was done, as window in the master bath is being held shut with wooden poles. Beds are very uncomfortable. Pillows are rock hard and flat. The front door handle doesn’t always latch as it’s falling apart and needs to be replaced. Cabinet in master bath is broken out. The handle on the smaller bath door is falling off and needs to be replaced and the bathroom faucet constantly is dripping. The handle on the toilet needs repair. When taking a shower the pipes are extremely loud when the water is running. The “extra” bedroom has no outlets to plug things in. There is no carbon monoxide detectors in the condo. Although the elevator works it is very slow and sketchy!
