About this bed and breakfast
One-bedroom casita in Caracol Estates, a central and secure gated one-acre property with great views overlooking Sayulita and the mountains, unfortunately we have lost our ocean view due to construction. It is a five minute walk to the central plaza, two more minutes to the beach. Jardin is fully furnished, with a private balcony, and shares the extensive estate gardens, and luxury pool with palapa lounge area.True high speed internet, air conditioned, full kitchen. Queen bed plus large twin day bed. There has been some construsction in front of our property and expansive views are now pobstructed

The place was charming and in a great location. Yes there is a steep incline/decline if you are walking but to me that made it even better. Everything was clean and there is a relaxing feel about the place with the ability to open the folding doors to let the air in and enjoy the beautiful view. I have stayed in different locations but found this to be quieter than most. Don't think that means quiet because that is not Mexico, the roosters never know what time it is and music is always playing. It was pleasant and we have been talking about coming back to the same place. It is a wonderful find.

The was perfect for my husband and I the view was FABULOUS and we loved that the doors opened up to bring the outside in. It was private, very clean, and the bed was comfortable (which is not always the case). The property is very well maintained, the landscaping, the pool and all the people working on the property are very helpful and friendly. It is gated and very safe for anyone who might be hesitant to stay on the hill. A golf cart is a good investment. We would definitely stay there again. JoAnn the host was prompt with all communication and check in and out was a breeze.

Loved staying at the casita! Joann was responsive, the place was beautiful and has everything we needed. Would just mention again it’s a small workout to get up there.

We had a great stay at Casa Caracol! Casita Jardin, the pool area, the gardens are all gorgeous. Jo-Ann and the staff were amazing. Highly recommended.
