Partial and weekend stays are available. Spring Break and Summer Months usually require 7 night stay.

* 1 BEDROOM PREMIUM = 4 or 5 Guest - consists of 1 King/Queen in Master and 1 Queen size sofa sleeper with full size Kitchen. ~862 square feet.
* 2 BEDROOM DELUXE VILLA = 6 Guest - Fully equipped kitchen & separate dining area and living room with Queen size sleeper sofa.
* 2 BEDROOM PREMIUM VILLA = 8 or 9 Guest - Full kitchen and Queen sleeper sofa; plus, additional living room with full size sleeper sofa & additional fully equipped kitchenette.
Great place and value for family fun and savings are OVER 50% less than retail.
Paypal payment is preferred. Since I am owner, I can show you supported ownership documents of my rental and will put this reservation in your name immediately once payment is received. Buyer can purchase escrow service if needed.
Check-in is 4PM and Check-Out is 10AM but ability to keep your items in locker or bell desk.
Must be 21 years old or over to put in your name. To reserve in your name $60 dollar fee applies and is included in book rate reservation.
In most cases, housekeeping fee of $38-$56 applies to short term reservations paid at the time of arrival. Credit card is used at the time of check-in and Atlantis is a cashless resort either using your Atlantis hotel key or Credit Card for drinks, food, etc.
Feel free to call if you have questions. I can also provide some valuable tips such as grocery, alcohol, dinner, etc. for those are first timers.

Our host, Paul Millard, provided the most thorough and accurate recommendations to save money and maximize our time. The location and accomodations was exactly what we needed. All details, even the taxi, the grocery and food options helped out so much. Perfect host, clean location, and near everything. There are shuttles to everywhere so we were never in need.

Lovely, clean and nicely appointed condo, which we used for a one night stay at Atlantis before other plans in the Bahamas. We loved exploring Atlantis both at night and the next day. We met friends at the waterpark and played most of the day, while leaving our luggage checked at Harborside lobby. The staff we met were helpful, and we appreciate all the tips that the owner provided! It was more than we needed for just a one night stay, and it would be very comfortable for a longer stay on Paradise Island. Thanks!

Checking was easy, you get your passes right away. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We came in off of a cruise ship for the day and bought these rooms because it was much less expensive to do this and get 4 passes than to buy the excursion or a day pass to the water park from Atlantis. It works perfectly. If you want to use the room then great, if you just want the passes just check in and get your roomkeys and go to the water park. This is definitely the way to go
