About this villa rental

Wonderful newly built architectural house on a lake close to the Stockholm archipelago. 17 km to Stockholm's inner city. Large living areas and state-of-the-art kitchen. Sauna, sun deck, terraces with sun all day. Lawns and landscaped garden. Generous outdoor seating areas, blueberries around the corner. The house is in a rural area. You can be sure to enjoy a relaxing time and a true holiday life with forest walks, swimming in the lake, kayaking or go for a tour with a rowing boat. When you want to enjoy city life, it is easy to take the bus into Stockholm city center. Public transport will bring you there in 25 minutes. Bus stop 200 m from the house. Free parking on the property.

Paradies für Jung und Alt in schöner Nachbarschaft und Natur gelegen. Mit grosser Terrasse, Gasgrill, Sauna, Ruderboot, Trampolin und mehr. Unmittelbar an das Grundstück angrenzend hat es einen netten Badesandstrand der auch für Kleinkinder geeignet ist. Naturschutzgebiet in Jogging oder Wanderdistanz erreichbar. Wenige Autominuten entfernt, hat es Schiffslinien nach Stockholm und zu anderen Destinationen.

Malenas Haus liegt mitten in der Natur an einem malerischen See. Trotzdem erreicht man Stockholm mit Bus oder Auto bequem in 25 Minuten. Die Küche, die drei Badezimmer und die Schlafzimmer sind top ausgerüstet. Wohnzimmer und Veranda einfach überwältigend. Schwimmen und Kanu fahren sind abendliche Favoriten. Wir waren fünf Erwachsene und es war uns immer sehr wohl.
