Are you looking for pure relaxation and a home away from home? Then Villa Aquileia is the right place for you. On 250 m² you will find everything you need to spend a wonderful holiday in Italy. The 1-hectare garden invites you to relax in the sun, offering tranquillity and country house flair. Restaurants, the cathedral of Aquileia and, of course, the sunny island of Grado are close to the villa. The villa sleeps a total of 6 people and has two bathrooms and a living room on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with dining table and a separate, cosy veranda. The villa is the perfect place to spend relaxing days with family or friends.
Camera dei Cipressi / Master BedroomA cosy double bed awaits you in the Camera dei Cipressi. Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom. Next to the bedroom is another room with a sofa, which can also be pulled out and used as a bed for two people.
Camera delle Magnolie / Bedroom I There is a double bed in the Camera delle Magnolie. From the lovingly furnished room you can enjoy the view of the garden. There is a bathroom right next to the room.
Camera delle Kiwi / Bedroom II In the Camera delle Kiwi there is a cosy pull-out sofa, which can be used as a double bed. There is a bathroom right next to the room.

Surroundings 1Local description : The best supermarket in the area is a Coop (Via Ferrovia Vecchia 1). Take the main road back to Aquileia (Via Giulia Augusta) until you reach Terzo d'Aquileia (about 5 minutes). In Terzo take the second sharp right (Via Grado). Direction VENEZIA / TRIESTE / UDINE / Strada del Vino Aquileia. Then take the third road on the left where you will see a Penny market. Behind it is the Coop. Very large fish and meat department. Supermarket in Aquileia: PAM supermarket in Piazza Fratelli Cervi, 6. On the road towards Grado, after the Corallo restaurant, turn right into Via G. Minut. Obiz winery: Highly recommended winery (wine sales from the farm) very close to Aquileia. Follow the same directions as for the Coop supermarket (see above). Here, however, take the first turning onto Via Grado. Azienda Agricola Obiz is labelled
