House of 60 m2 for 4 people with terraces. The cottage is located in a quiet and secure residential area, in the countryside and away from the city, while being very close to it to enjoy the benefits of all shops and supermarkets.
The village is located 800 m from the cottage. You can find a bakery-grocery, and a tobacco press point, a pharmacy, a hairdresser.
At 5 km you will find 2 bakeries (1 artisan and 1 bakery Marie Blachère), 1 butcher's shop, a medical office (doctors, nurses, physiotherapist, dentist, a post office with a dab, a bank (Crédit Agricole) with a dab.
In this same area, you will also find a Leclerc Hypermarket, as well as a cafeteria.
You will be located 7 km from the city of Aubenas.
Hiking trail 100m that cuts through the countryside and takes you to the forest gate about 1 km. From here, many hikes are possible, by mountain bike or on foot. Cyclists on the road will be able to make numerous trips (up to more than 100 km) by rolling on small paved roads which allow to appreciate the nature without being bothered by a relentless circulation of vehicles.
In the area you can find Provencal markets almost every day. 2 in Aubenas (including a bio), 2 in Vals les Bains including a night, and others in Ruoms, Joyeuse, Largentiere, Les Vans, Vallon Pont d'Arc etc ....
In these markets, you will find all the products that make the reputation of the Ardèche, such as jams of homemade chestnuts, sausages, goat cheeses with incomparable taste bought from local producers who come down from the mountain, honey, lavender and many other things .....
Every weekend in summer, there is in one village after another votive festivals for the most revelers .....
5 km from Aubenas (feudal city with its castle), in Southern Ardèche you will be located ideally at the gateway to the Regional Park of the Monts d'Ardèche, with its beautiful landscapes, and the south Ardèche with its prestigious sites whose fame n ' is more to do, such as the Gorges de l'Ardèche ***, The Pont d'Arc ***, the cave of Pont d'Arc *** (Palaeolithic ornate cave, a World Heritage Site since 2014 ) etc ....
