It was a super stay : the hosts Raymond and Colbert were very hospitable and welcomed us with all kinds of cold drinks, showed us around and were so helpful, also during our stay if something came up: immediate answers and solutions. The house was beautifully clean and everything was there. Also the grounds with the swimming pool were superb. We had to leave vert early to be able to arrive in the Netherlands in a decent time. Also that was very nicely arranged, keeping the main porch open for us without delay. In one word: great!

We stayed here from 9th to 21st September 2024. My husband, myself and our Westie. Our son joined us for one week, in the middle, to celebrate his birthday. The peace and quiet around the villa was just what we needed to relax and refresh. The villa has everything you need to 'make yourself at home'. The pool was very slightly heated whilst we were there which made it perfect for taking a dip when the sun became too warm. There is a boules court, as well as a barbecue, both of which we used. Both bedrooms are fitted with excellent air conditioning units. The villa itself is a little way away (only a few minutes drive) from the main shopping area of Roquebrune-sur-Argens. We made a few trips out whilst there. We went to St Tropez, Cannes, Nice and Monaco. The furthest was roughly an hour and half drive away from the villa. A few small things to note: Although dogs under 10kg are welcome they are not permitted in the pool. We weren't aware of this until the owner left us a note a couple of days into our stay. We would check this when booking a villa in the future. The WIFI is very patchy. The downstairs bathroom did have a smell to it, we're guessing from the septic tank. We made sure the doors connected to this room were opened every morning to mitigate this. We were bitten quite a bit in the evening and whilst sleeping by mosquitos. We found the maximum strength 'Jungle Formula' spray worked well to keep this at bay. All in all we would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

We visited this wonderful property in July (myself, husband, daughter age 10, son age 6). It was perfect for us! All the small niggles have been dealt with. The pool was the perfect temperature. There was air conditioning in the two bedrooms and the rest of the property didn’t need it. The garden/outside area was beautiful. We are looking to go back again next summer!

My family and I spent a week in this lovely quiet house and enjoyed every minute of it. It is beautifully decorated and clean and the garden and pool is very nice. The owners live on the same plot but apart from check-in and check-out we didn't see or hear them. Gaby welcomed us with a bottle of wine, juice, water and milk in the fridge which was very sweet, communication with her was nice and easy. If we weren't enjoying the pool or the boules court we went to visit St. Tropez, Sainte Maxime, Frejus, Cannes and Nice, all within a maximum one-hour drive, so it's the perfect location to see all those towns. The nearest supermarket and boulangerie is just a 5 minute drive away. We would definitely like to come back to this lovely property.

This is a nice house with a beautiful pool and outdoor area. However, DO NOT BOOK unless you’re looking for a digital detox vacation. Upon our arrival, the host provided a mobile WiFi hotspot that could hardly open a website. There is spotty, inconsistent internet coverage in the area so we couldn’t do anything that required a stable internet connection like checking/answering work emails or basic vacation planing. So annoying and totally ruined the stay for us especially because the host is listing WiFi as an amenity. On another note, there were only two bath towels, one garbage bag and an empty soap dispenser provided for a six night stay. Not a big problem but a little more hospitality and attention to detail would have been nice.

This property is exactly how you think it’s going to be. The house is amazing and was spotless. There was a fan there for us to use and we’d bought our own with us also so I think it made a real difference to the test at nighttime. The area was breezy in the afternoons which was perfect for cooling off. The pool is a really good size and was clean and modern, the addition of the fake grass and was a lovely touch and meant there were t so many bugs and the pool kept relatively clean throughout our 2 week stay. The only down side for us was the the pool wasn’t very warm. It didn’t get any warmer than 26c and after a couple of grey days and some rain it went down to 24c which was really cold. On really hot days that was bliss but fur the children a little too cold. I am already missing sitting under the olive trees and would definitely book again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 14 jours avec un accueil très chaleureux et très agréable de Gaby toujours là quand ont à besoin de quelques choses, ces une villa bien situé au calme les magasins à 2 à 3 kms. Le seule bémol ils à pas de climatisation avec des températures de + de 38 degrés dans la maison ses un four ( dommage) sinon dans l'ensemble tout et parfait

Nous sommes ravies de notre premier séjour familiale à 4 dans cette jolie maison. Nous remercions Cathy mais surtout Gaby qui a su très bien nous accueillir. Quelques petits points à améliorer sont nécessaires d’être préciser : - la Wifi, je pense que au vue du niveau de standing du logement il est important d’y avoir accès surtout en 2022. - Clim ou bien ventilateur, nous avons séjourné fin mai et déjà la chaleur en haut dans la chambre était difficile à supporter malgré l’ouverture des fenêtres. Je conseille ce logement qui plaira à coup sûr aux familles et personnes à la recherche de calme et tranquillité.

This house is exactly as pictured. We spent a nice holiday week in a safe and quiet area. Check-in is handled by a neighbor next door. Communication was easy. Only point for improvement would be that one needs to bring basic household items like soap, garbage bags, spices, hairdryer etc. As well as the fact that there is no wifi and bbq equipment as others noted. I would recommend the host to provide these to elevate the experience even further. All in all 5/5 thanks to Cathy!

La villa est fidèle à la description. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour. Elle est fonctionnelle, bien équipée, propre et très agréable. Nous l'avons trouvée particulièrement adaptée à notre famille avec deux adolescents. Notre fille est handicapée et elle a apprécié d'avoir toutes les commodités en rez-de-chaussée avec une salle de bain particulièrement fonctionnelle pour elle.

Tolle sehr gepflegtes Objekt das komplett abgeschottet ist. Das Haus ist sehr modern, hat alles was man braucht, rings ums Haus sind tolle riesige Pinien die wie Sonnenschirme aussehen, der Pool ist nur schön und gerade wenn man im September dort wohnt macht sich bezahlt das der Pool beheizt ist. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken so das dass Auto leicht be- und entladen wird und zudem steht es da sehr sicher. Alles im Haus ist sehr neu, die Küche ist nicht übermäßig ausgestattet aber alles da was man braucht. Ein Grill ist auch da aber keinerlei Grillbesteck. Das mitnehmen wenn man dort Grill möchte, was man aber tun sollte. Zum Bäcker / Supermarkt braucht man das Auto, ist man aber in 5 Minuten. Kontakt mit den Besitzern war auch sehr einfach, die sprechen Deutsch und Englisch. Das einzige was gefehlt hat (insbesondere unseren Kids) war ein WLAN. Das stand so aber in der Beschreibung drin das nicht verfügbar, daher hat das gepasst. Das Mobilfunktnetz ist im Haus nur nicht besonders stark so das streamen t.w. dauert. Wer also auf das Wert legt muss sich zuhause schon mal alles aufs ipad ziehen. Wir würden definitiv das Haus wieder buchen.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison propre et agréable. Néanmoins, nous avions réservé cette maison pour la piscine chauffée, annoncée à 30 degrés. Or malheureusement sur la semaine, la température de l’eau était entre 25 degrés au début du séjour et 23/22 degrés les 3 derniers jours.

Ein sehr schönes Haus und ein toller Pool. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub benötigt (ich habe nur ein Haartrockner vermisst 😀). Der Garten mit dem beheizten Pool und dem Boulefeld ist super und wurde ausgiebig von uns genutzt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Située dans un parc de pins et d'oliviers, la villa est independante, moderne et bien équipée. Terrasse et piscine agréables. On se croirait parfois à la compagne avec quelques poules qui déambulent ou coqs qui chantent le matin. Cathy et Raymond ont le sens de l'accueil, boissons fraîches à l'arrivée et petit cadeau lors du départ. Attention si vous venez avec des ados, ils pourraient souffrir du manque d'Internet haut débit !

On a qu'une envie y retourner... Magnifique villa où tout est bien pensé, on a plus qu'à profiter... Les boissons fraîches à l'arrivée, le linge de maison, de l'espace pour tout ranger. Tout est prévu pour de belles vacances, des boules de pétanque au glaçons, en passant par le barbecue... Et la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires... Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa moderne, parfaitement équipée et complètement sécurisée avec notre bébé et notre fils de 2 ans. Le cadre est exceptionnel, la piscine très agréable sans aucun vis à vis, un endroit très calme et reposant. Raymond le propriétaire nous a chaleureusement accueillit et est resté aussi discret qu'agréable tout au long du séjour. Nous n'avons qu'une hâte, y retourner !

La villa est parfaitement située, entre calme et centres d'intérêts comme le massif de L'Esterel, les nombreuses possibilités de plages ...etc...
