This condo was perfect for our Disney/Universal stay. Very reasonably priced. Just right for 2 parents and 2 kids willing to do bunk beds. Pool was huge and warm on a cold night. Several eating options in walking distance, plus mini golf! We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful all around. Place was clean and nicely done up for us. Easy check in and parking. Great location. Our children really enjoyed the jet tub after time at the pool. We hope to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Heron Beach Resort! The check-in process was quick and seamless, which made arriving stress-free. Our unit was well-stocked with everything we needed, including toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and soap), starter coffee supplies, plenty of towels (even pool towels), and enough laundry detergent for one load.The balcony overlooked the pool, with beautiful Lake Bryan just beyond—it was such a relaxing view. While we couldn’t see the Disney fireworks directly from our balcony, we were able to catch them from the other side of the property, which was only about a 30-second walk.The condo was very comfortable, featuring two Smart TVs and two bathrooms, including one with a jetted tub. The pool and hot tub being open until 11pm was a nice bonus after long park days.We spent most of our time at Disney, which was about a 15–20 minute drive depending on the park. Having a Starbucks right in front of the property was also super convenient!Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would absolutely recommend it to others!
