You will appreciate the calmness of our house and will enjoy the Spa (proposed in payed option), at the foot of the large terrace in the south, with a view on a protected natural site, 5 minutes walk from the superb beach of Amiets, famous for its fine sand, its turquoise waters and coastal paths.
You will be tempted by the seafood platters (lobsters, crabs, scampi, oysters...) prepared (and cooked on request) by Véronique and Dédé (fisherman boss) 30 meters from the house.
The nautical club (catamaran, windsurfing and gliding sports), located at 2 steps, proposes you training courses and sea trips in the most beautiful sites of Brittany.
We put at your disposal bicycles, as well as a two-seater kayak.
Close to Roscoff (corsair city and Thalasso), Morlaix (medieval city) and Brest (maritime festivals and Océanopolis).
Grocery store (fresh bread and pastries) at 100 meters (July and August).
Fish shop (direct fisherman) at 30 meters.

We were warmly greeted upon our arrival by Isabelle, the owner. The house is immaculate and well kept. You have everything you need here, including a beautiful garden (we even had a little hedgehog as a guest). It's very private. You have more than enough kitchen supplies, including a washer and dryer. Although the internet is wireless, it is via a mobile provider (using a wifi hotspot) - which was more than enough fast for us. You are within a 10 mins walk to some of Brittany's finest beaches - soft white sand, magical rocks and peaceful bliss. A wonderful oasis!

A little gem

Thank you Isabelle for letting us stay in your beautiful holiday home. The house was so comfortable, clean and a pleasure to spend time in which we had to on a few days as the weather wasn't always good. We took advantage of the log burner and all the candles to have a few cosy meals and nights in. The local beach is incredible and my boys had a marvellous time on there as well as other local beaches in Plouescat. Lots of rock climbing and rock pooling to be done. The house is in a great location for visiting attractions in Brest, Roscoff, Morlaix etc and within easy access of local villages/towns for supermarkets and butchers/bakers to get essentials. There was great communication with Isabelle who answered all my emails with advice and help prior to our visit and she made us feel very welcome when we arrived. Would highly recommend and would happily visit again.

Nous venons de passer une magnifique semaine à Cléder! La maison est tout à fait conforme au descriptif et décorée avec goût. Environnement très calme. La météo était favorable et nous avons pu pleinement profiter des extérieurs (terrasse avec coin salon très confortable, jacuzzi, transats). Jardin fleuri et sans vis-à-vis à l'exception du très sympathique trio cheval, âne et poney qui venaient chercher leurs carottes quotidiennes. Un vrai plus pour les enfants! La plage des Amiets est proche à pied ou à vélo avec parking aisé pour les voitures. Mention spéciale aux hôtes Anne et Alexandre qui sont très chaleureux et nous on fait fait la belle surprise de mettre à disposition des paddles pour les enfants ainsi qu'un set de badminton. Le kayak est aussi un plus pour les balades en mer. L'achat de poissons/crustacés frais chez Véronique, les bonnes adresses de restaurants dans les environs ont également contribués à la qualité de ce séjour. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable la maison est sympa, fonctionnelle et très joliment décorée et cette vue de la terrasse est remarquable beaucoup de verdures. Tant de choses à découvrir, à visiter dans cette superbe région avec des couleurs incroyables. Nous avons fait des superbes balades sur la plage a quelques minutes de la maison ou l’eau avait la couleur turquoise. Nous en avons pris plein les yeux Merci Isabelle pour ton hospitalité et tous les bons conseils que tu as nous donner Je recommande cette maison et cette région les yeux fermés Bonne continuation

Une belle semaine où rien ne nous a manqué, presque comme à la maison ! Les Amateurs de produits de la mer (comme nous) seront comblés, l'endroit est idéal avec Véro au coin de la rue, c'est cure d'iode assurée ;)) Très bon contact avec Isabelle très soucieuse du bien être de ses hôtes ( merci encore !), Quant à l'environnement, petit coin paisible et d'une grande sérénité, sans oublier la splendeur de la plage, fantastique !!!

Goed geoutilleerd huis echt van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon en met aandacht voor details smaakvol ingericht, prima bed, fijn bedlinnen en handdoeken. Met gebruik van jacuzzi tegen betaling. Prima ligging, uitkijkend op natuurgebied en toch op loopafstand van de zee en een prachtig strand. Isabelle is een fijne betrokken gastvrouw en wij komen zeker terug. Wat een heerlijke omgeving om te wandelen langs de kust.

Très bon séjour dans cette jolie petit maison très bien équipée. Aucune mauvaise surprise. La proximité de la mer permet de faire de belle promenade sans prende la voiture. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus au retour des randonnées ou ballades avec les vélos mis à disposition. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux. A recommander.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour , la maison est très bien située à peine 10 minutes à pied de la plage idyllique des Amiets, de superbes randonnées à faire (GR34) avec des vues imprenables sur la mer, de belles balades à vélo, merci au propriétaire de mettre à disposition des vélos.....25 minutes de Roscoff, 1h30 de Brest, donc beaucoup de choses à voir....quant à la maison, un havre de paix , le calme absolu. L'ntérieur est décorée avec goût, très bonne literie, salle de bain tres bien quant à la cuisine le top ! La terrasse est plein sud , avec un salon de jardin et une table pour y déjeuner, avec 2 transats sans oublier le jaccuzi le top du top.....Et sans oublier nos voisins une jument , 2 anes et 1 poney qui venaient nous voir tous les jours....merci à Isabelle pour son accueil. Il est certain que nous reviendrons dans votre belle région...

Pour commencer, l’emplacement était idéal, l'accueil chaleureux, la maison décorée avec gout, couchage de très bonne qualité, maison très lumineuse et on se sent comme à la maison car il ne manque rien. A l’extérieur, une très belle et grande terrasse avec tout ce qu’il faut. De la terrasse nous avions un très beau vu sur le jardin avec en prolongation une ferme voisine avec des chevaux et des ânes - très sympathique ! De plus, pour les loisirs nous avons pu profiter de leurs vélos et du canoë mis à notre disposition gratuitement par les propriétaires. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner.

Très bon séjour dans cette confortable maison très propre et très bien équipée. Nous avons passé de bons moments de repos sur la terrasse très agréable avec belle vue sur la campagne. Balades très agréables le long des sentiers côtiers et sur la magnifique plage des amiets avec sable blanc, rochers et eau turquoise ( un décor de carte postale).Promenades à velo en famille sur les routes plates de la région ( veloroute en particulier).Nous avons aussi apprécié le marché de Kerfissien tout proche le dimanche matin ainsi que la proximité de la poissonnerie au bout de la rue. Propriétaires sympathiques. Un séjour à renouveler sans hésitation!

Locations propre est agréable a séjourné le j'accuzi est un vrais plus . Seul petit point a redire sont les les équipements de loisirs extérieurs . Tout était réussi pour ce séjour automnal : -Un accueil très chaleureux, encore un grand merci Isabelle , nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis si bien. -une maison joliment décorée, très fonctionnelle et lumineuse dans un cadre très reposant avec comme voisins une jument et deux ânes adorables. -La terrasse et le jardin avec son joli petit mur de pierre -Au bout du chemin une vente directe de délicieux produits de la mer ultra frais! -La très belle plage à 10 minutes à pied!. Bref, une belle adresse à retenir, dans cette magnifique région. Encore merci aux propriétaires.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus - wir haben uns total wohl und zuhause gefühlt. Sehr gute Aufteilung auch im Haus mit grossem offener Küche/Wohnzimmer, schönes Badezimmer und 3 Schlafzimmer. In Haus/Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden - inkl. Nespresso-Maschine, etc. Das Haus bekommt sehr viel Sonne ab und ist windgeschützt - das ist in der Bretagne sehr angenehm. Wenn es auf der Terrasse zu warm wird, gibt es eine Markiese. Der Whirlpool am Abend (oder falls es unter tags mal kühler ist) war der krönende Höhepunkt. Tolle Lage für Ausflüge und Erkundigungen. Der Strand beim Campingplatz (knapp 10 Minuten zu fuss) - ist traumhaft - auch Klasse für schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Ansonsten gibt es im Umreis von 30-60Min (Auto) viele weitere schöne Strände. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Une région tellement belle qu’on a envie d’y rester plus longtemps !! Et c’est aussi grâce à cette si jolie maison décorée avec soin et à la propreté irréprochable ! Fonctionnelle, agréable au calme, à 10 minutes à pied de la mer et des plages dignes des Caraïbes, agrémentée de chevaux et ânes (et même d’un micro poney) juste au bout du jardin. Admirer le ciel changeant de Bretagne ou les couchers de soleil magnifiques chaque soir en faisant un spa ! Le paradis ! Et c’est sans compter le sourire, l’accueil en toute simplicité et emplie de convivialité d’isabelle et son époux (les propriétaires) ! Une très jolie rencontre qui ne donne pas envie de partir.... alors n’hesitez pas à aller découvrir ce petit coin de Bretagne !

Nous avons été très bien accueilli dans cette maison très fonctionnelle, agréable et confortable. Du jardin a la cuisine, l'atmosphère est harmonieux et tranquille. Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette jolie maison, décorée avec goût, de plein pied, très lumineuse et très confortable (le poêle à bois y a contribué : ambiance cosy assurée). le calme prédomine, la nature également (vue sur la campagne et les chevaux). un endroit vraiment très paisible, confortable où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. merci aux propriétaires de leur accueil et de leur gentillesse.

Wir waren mit unserem Hund für 14 Tage zu Gast in Isabelles geschmackvoll und stilsicher eingerichtetem Haus und haben jede einzelne Sekunde sehr genossen. Die Lage und Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen, jedes der 3 Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen geräumigen Kleiderschrank und die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit allem, was das Herz auch eines ambitionierten Kochs begehrt (ausreichend viele und große Töpfe, Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Mixer, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine, große Kühlschrank, etc...). Es gibt einen großen Flachbildfernseher (auch mit deutschen Sendern), dazu ein WLAN, das bei Bedarf auch schnell genug für's Streaming ist. Das Highlight für uns war aber der großzügige Außenbereich: eine große Terrasse, inzwischen von zwei (abnehmbaren) Sonnensegeln beschattet, danach dann eine große, von einer wunderschönen alten Trockenmauer begrenzte Rasenfläche mit nicht weniger als 3(!) verschiedenen Möglichkeiten, sich zu setzen. Dahinter beginnt dann direkt ein kleines Naturschutzgebiet, man sieht auf grün, dass nur ab und an von ein paar weidenden Kühen unterbrochen wird. Ein weiteres kleines Highlight für Selbstversorger: in unmittelbarer Nähe (2 Minuten zu Fuß) verkauft Vero, eine Fischerin, jeden Nachmittag frischen Fisch von wirklich bemerkenswerter Qualität und Frische zu zudem ungemein günstigen Preisen. Zu Strand und Umgegend: Wer vor allem Ruhe und Naturerfahrung sucht, ist hier richtig. Der Strand ist in der Nebensaison fast menschenleer und sehr ruhig. Vor allem unser Hund hat die langen Spaziergänge im Freilauf über den feinen Sand sehr genossen. Wir hatten in den 14 Tagen nicht einmal Probleme deswegen. Wir werden ganz sicher zurückkehren.

Die zwei Wochen Urlaub in diesem geschmackvollen und unkomplizierten Haus vergingen wie im Fluge! Die große Terrasse und der Garten laden zum Faulenzen ein, der Strand ist einmalig schön, und bei jedem Wetter sehenswert! Man kann sich rundherum wohl fühlen! Urlaub pur... Wir haben eine ganz wundervolle Woche im Haus von Isabelle verbracht. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es bietet verschiedene Rückzugsorte und Sitzplätze sowohl draußen im wunderschönen und großen Garten, wie auch im Haus selbst. Der Blick von der Terrasse...Urlaub pur!!!! Die Küche...perfekt und sehr gut ausgestattet!!! Isabelle ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und sie wäre stets erreichbar gewesen...aber es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Wir haben die ruhige Lage in Strandnähe sehr genossen und waren täglich am Traumstrand Les Amiets, in den Morgen- und Abendstunden auch mit unserem Hund.....völlig problemlos trotz Hundeverbot! Im kleinen Supermarkt des Campingplatzes "ums Eck" gab es täglich frische Croissants und frisches Baguette, sodass wir nicht jeden Morgen nach Cléder zum Bäcker fahren mussten. Für den Großeinkauf findet man in Cléder einen großen Super U. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt, waren sehr traurig abreisen zu müssen und werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Es ist sehr persönlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Garten ist wunderschön. Es gibt verschiedene Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten sowie einen sehr schönen Blick in die Felder. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die Lage des Hauses, die leider nicht ganz so ist, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Der nächste Supermarkt gehört zum Campingplatz, ist 500 m entfernt und außerhalb der französischen Ferien gar nicht geöffnet. Der kürzeste Weg zum Strand führt illegalerweise über den Campingplatz. Ansonsten muss man einen ziemlichen Umweg von etwa 800m gehen, um zum Strand zu gelangen. Für den Weg wird man allerdings mit einem wirklich tollen, sauberen und abwechslungsreichen Strandabschnitt belohnt.

es hat alles gestimmt! Die Lage des Hauses zum Meer (ein Katzensprung), die überaus liebevolle Einrichtung jedes einzelnen Zimmers, alle Elektrogeräte voll funktionsfähig und auch die Sauberkeit verdient volle Punktzahl. Die Vermieter sind super hilfsbereit und wären jeder Zeit erreichbar gewesen, was sich aber erübrigt hat, weil alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gewesen ist. Nachdem wir keine Tage mehr am Strand liegend verbringen, sondern eher die nähere und weitere Umgebung erkunden wollten, war die Lokation ideal für Ausflüge ins Finistère. Wir haben viel bei traumhaftem Wetter von dem Norden der Bretagne besichtigt ... aber es gäbe noch genug zu sehen, so dass wir uns mit ziemlicher Sicherheit einen weiteren Aufenthalt in der Villa - Cleder vorstellen könnten. Herzlicher Empfang zur gewünschten Zeit. Das Haus sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ein Paradies für unsere zwei Hunde. Was will man mehr? Die Strände sind phantastisch, jeder auf seine Art anders. Einzig das "Hundeverbot" stört ein wenig, aber anfangs Juni hält sich niemand daran. Dieses Haus ist wirklich empfehlenswert! Die Besitzerin hilfsbereit und großzügig. Wir kommen wieder in die Bretagne, gerne wieder in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank, Isabelle.

Gute Lage, nicht weit zu einem Traum Strand, schöner Garten mit Blick über ein Naturgebiet, Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Radfahren und Strandspiele, Modernes Haus mit 3 Schlafräumen und einem gemütlichem Wohnzimmer, WLAN Bandbreite etwas wenig aber funktioniert, zum Super U ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto...wir würden dort nochmal Urlaub machen...
