About this house rental

Spacious apartment on the first floor of a detached villa. Access and garden are completely separated from the ground floor. The house is situated in a very quiet area, 500 m from the village centre, at the foot of the National Luberon Park: just behind the house rise the hills with their scent of thyme and rosemary. From the wide terrace (35 m2), you have a spectacular view over the Durance valley looking on to the hills at the horizon. The apartment is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a calm and comfortable holiday.

What a wonderful first experience using Verbo! booking was very simple, and our hosts couldn't have been nicer! From a warm welcome, to great property, To wonderful advice on what to see and where to go (Somewhat opposite from what our research told us on Tiktok! And they were bang on! Just overall a great experience and I can't recommend Luc and Simone's Property enough. Simply fantastic!

Excellent location for exploring the Luberon, Provence area.

We were warmly welcomed by the proprietors of the property and treated like family. They helped us out with details that required a French interpretation. We spoke very little French They are fluent in English, French, Greek, and German. The property was well maintained all with updated appliances that are functional. One is able to cook dinner in the kitchen and enjoy a meal on the patio with a view of the Luberon. Sunrises and sunsets are beautiful. The mornings and evenings were enjoyably cool. Our visit was mid to late September. The beds and furniture were comfortable and all in all it felt like home. We used the home as a "base camp" to explore the surrounding area for a week.

Wir haben uns bei Simone und Luc sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse, der Ort ist gleichwohl gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Angesichts des Wetters haben wir das Wohnzimmer fast gar nich genutzt un d auf der Terasse gewohnt. Die Gastgeber sind bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und einen erholsamen Urlaub zu ermöglichen

Diese sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Simone Haas und Luc Rosa waren sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das von einem schön gestalteten Garten umgebene Domizil liegt am Fuße des Luberon (am Ende einer ruhigen Sackgasse) in Mitten einer Olivenbaumplantage . Von dort aus sind z.B. Lourmarin und Cucuron, das schönste Dorf der Provence, sehr gut erreichbar

Die großzügig geschnittene, gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung liegt im oberen Geschoss eines freistehenden Hauses, direkt am Wald. Über eine freie Treppe gelangt man aus dem romantischen Garten, der dem Gast zur Verfügung steht, auf einen sehr großen Balkon, von dem aus die Wohnung betreten wird. Besonderes Plus: Fliegennetze vor allen relevanten Fenstern. Die Vermieter, die im Erdgeschoss wohnen, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden mit frischem Obst aus dem Garten, Wein und Saft empfangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir noch einmal in die Gegend fahren, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder diese Wohnung buchen und können sie jeden wärmstens empfehlen.

Bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, in der man sich nur wohl fühlen kann. Die Küche ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet und der Insektenschutz in allen Wohn- und Schlafräumen an den Fenstern ist sehr hilfreich. Eine Klimaanlage haben wir trotz teilweise hoher Temperaturen nicht vermisst. Das Haus scheint gut isoliert zu sein und hält die Kälte der Nacht gut im Haus. Auch mit 5 Erwachsenen haben wir uns nie beengt gefühlt und der tolle Balkon mit herrlichem Blick ist großzügig. Zudem kann der Garten genutzt worden. Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit und geben gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super: ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen gibt es viele Wandermöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Einkaufen ist vor Ort möglich (guter Metzger, Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt).Der Tourismus hält sich noch in Grenzen und viele kleine Bergdörfer lohnen einen Besuche. Auch schöne Städte wie Avignon oder Aix sind leicht zu erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung nur rundum empfehlen!

Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, so dass man ungestört ist. Der Ortskern ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist groß, gut geschnitten und bestens mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen weiten Blick über das Tal. Für uns war es ein perfekter Ort zum Ausspannen. Die Vermieter Simone und Luc haben uns sehr offen und nett empfangen und hatten viele gute Tipps für Unternehmungen. Wir waren einfach rundum glücklich und können diese Unterkunft wärmsten weiterempfehlen.

J'ai loué cet appartement por mes enfants. Non seulement ils ont passé d'excellentes vacances d'as cet endroit magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur la Durance, mais en plus ils ont été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et une serviabilité discrète. L'appartement est très bien équipé, les commerces sont proches mais la tranquillité est totale. Merci encore por tout ça.

Deux semaines très agréables à Mérindol !

Cette maison est effectivement très spacieuse : avec 3 chambres, elle peut accueillir confortablement 6 adultes. La vue est incroyable, on ne s'en lasse pas. Nous avons pris tous nos repas (fin juillet - début août) sur la terrasse ou sous les arbres, entourés de cigales. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le petit village de Mérindol est vivant, avec plusieurs bars et restos, et même deux boulangers ! Enfin, la famille ROSA (avant et pendant notre séjour) a fait preuve de son sens de l'accueil, avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Très belle adresse, que nous recommandons.

Diese, schöne, große Wohnung liegt in idealer Lage, um die vielen kleinen und großen Städte der Provence zu besichtigen. Die Ausstattung ist gut und komplett, die große Terrasse bietet einen wunderbaren Blick in die Gärten und über Olivenbäume hinweg in die typische Landschaft dieser herrlichen Gegend. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und deshalb also wunderbar ruhig. Im Erdgeschoß wohnt ein sehr nettes und unhörbares Ehepaar mittleren Alters, das gerne und jederzeit für Informationen jeglicher Art ansprechbar ist. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt in Merindol wirklich rundherum genossen, es hat alles gestimmt, wir kommen vielleicht wieder! M+A

Sehr ruhige Lage am Ortsende mit herrlichem Blick von der Terrasse. Die Ferienwohnung vermittelt eine private Atmosphäre und ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut. Zu Fuß können ein Fleischer, ein Bäcker und zwei gute Restaurants erreicht werden. Wir kommen gerne ein zweites Mal und können die Ferienwohnung empfehlen.

Hemos pasado unos dias maravillosos en La Provenza. La casa se ajusta a la descripción, es más, no falta ni un solo detalle y es sumamente espaciosa y perfecta para 6 personas. Su localización es fantástica para descubrir el corazon de La Provenza, esta situada a los pies del Luberon, punto de partida para realizar excursiones, visitar los pueblos de los alrededores, descubir las bodegas, gozar de la naturaleza y hacer turismo por las encantadores ciudades cercanas. Quero hacer mención especial a la amabilidad y cuidados de la propietaria Mme Adèle y su familia que nos hicieron sentir como en casa con sus atenciones. La recomendamos a quien quiera visitar la zona disfrutando de la tranquilidad y la calma de su entorno.

Casa confortevole, in cui trascorrere vacanze in tutta tranquillità. I proprietari sono ospitali e gentilissimi. La posizione geografica è ideale per visitare le numerose attrattive turistiche che la zona propone. L'ampio giardino la rende consigliabile per chi ha bambini. Noi ci siamo stati molto bene!
