About this villa rental
This is the perfect place for having it all! A generous, nicely decorated Riviera home with fantastic sun all day, amazing views, nice outdoor- and pool area with walking distance to the popular villages of La Colle sur Loup and St Paul de Vence, and, just 10 min by car to the beaches and 15 min to Nice. The villa offers 5 bedrooms with baths and all the comfort you want for you summer residence!
Bedrooms: 4 double bedrooms, 1 room with bunkbeds for children.
Baths: 5 bathrooms + guest toilet.
House layout: The house is on 2 floors. Entrance with a welcoming hall leading into the open, big living room with dining area and seating area with fire place, terraces doors leading out to garden and pool. Here is also the nice provencal style kitchen also with terrace door out to the garden. On the same level is also the master bedroom suite. Second floor offers 3 bedrooms with nice views to the sea and bathrooms, also a terrace. Lower garden level has a fith bedroom with en suite bathroom.
House size: about 300 square metres
View: South location with sun all day and a wide open view towards green areas and the sea. Very open and light.
Garden: Land area 1,500 sq. m. Terraced area and grassed areas.
Pool: Generous round pool with nice terrace around.
