This very special home is surrounded by the serenity of Bradley Nature Preserve and 2 acre gardens & yet is just a 15 minute walk from Main Street Saluda. Small events may be considered. Permission required in advance.
Come make pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven, swing on the porch, let the dogs play in the run, play Glow Disc Golf, Axe Throwing (safe) & Bocce Ball or horseshoes.... or find our private trail to the Nature Preserve, and visit our Fairies on the Fairy Trail. And of course, make S'mores in the Fire Pit and sip on some local wine while you watch fireflies dance.
The space
Four lovely bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (upstairs bathroom has a low headroom clearance shower) with lots of old house character, and cozy, fresh farmhouse decorating. Relax on one of the porches (3), swing in the hammock, play Disc (Frisby) Golf, Axe Throwing (the safe kind), Horseshoes or Bocce Ball….or take a walk through the gardens. Later take a walk through the forest that surrounds the house, or have a gathering at the fire pit. Worked up an appetite? Stoke up the charcoal BBQ grill, make Pizza in the wood burning oven or walk downtown to one of many fun restaurants. Still have energy? How about Glow in The Dark Disc Golf in the yard or a firepit with Smores?
The Master bedroom on the main floor has a Queen bed and ensuite bath. Bedroom 2 upstairs has a Queen bed, bedroom 3 has a Full bed & twin bed (with 2 twin mattresses hiding under the bed too just in case), and Bedroom 4 has a twin bed and small desk. Bathroom 2 is upstairs as well.
We also offer a Playpen (not a crib), Highchair and Baby dishes (Cup with straw, plate, bowl, fork and spoon and bib). NOTE - The house is NOT CHILDPROOFED. GUESTS MUST SUPERVISE AND PROTECT THEIR CHILDREN
The 2 TV’s offer Youtube TV and you can plug in your Streaming subscription if you like.
After you've restored your equilibrium at this soothing house, you may want to jump in the car to drive to dozens of waterfalls, hiking trails or go for a tube ride on the Green River nearby.
If you crave adrenaline or are an avid outdoorsman, kayak, bike, fish, rock climb or do The Gorge Zipline.
Equestrians will love the quick access to the Tryon International Equestrian Center.
When you want to sightsee or shop (and you've covered Saluda), take in the nearby Mountain towns of Landrum, Tryon, Flat Rock & Zirconia.
It’s just a 15 minute drive to Hendersonville, and 30 minutes to Asheville too!

This historic house is gorgeous and charming! The rooms are impeccably decorated with unique touches, all different. The kitchen is perfectly modern. The grounds are lush with large trees, flowering bushes, ferns and more. The fences dog yard was perfect! The covered deck off the kitchen with a tall table and chairs along with a pizza oven and BBQ had a gate to the dog yard! Fire pit and yard games all just minutes to Saluda, NC. Book it!.

This property felt like a true getaway. Comfortable, super-clean, full of amenities and perfect for our family. I think our pouch had more fun than we did; we will definitely come again.
