About this villa rental
This lovely three bedroom/three bathroom villa with WiFi offers spacious, high-quality accommodation and surroundings in a quiet residential area. Built in 2002, the villa offers a relaxed, home-from-home level of comfort with air conditioning throughout. From the lounge and the two downstairs bedrooms you have access to the large outside terrace, lawns, Mediterranean garden, BBQ area and good sized swimming pool. From the open-plan entrance/dining area there is a corridor leading to the two downstairs bedrooms. These comprise a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedded room and a family bath/shower room. On the first floor there is the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and french doors leading onto a small balcony with partial sea views.

This is a lovely spacious, well equipped and maintained villa. It has beautiful gardens, and a good pool , is in a quiet location yet close to the beach and a number of restaurants and shops. The host was helpful, always responded to questions promptly.

Wonderful villa, excellent location to the beach and restaurants. The villa had an amazing pool area, beautiful garden and a separate outdoor kitchen with a fridge and BBQ. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Menorca was beautiful.

A great property with a lovely garden and pool area. It is very well positioned just a short walk from the beach and restaurants.Found the owner very helpful with check in and when we had a minor issue it was sorted very quickly which is all you can ask for.Would thoroughly recommend a stay here. Thanks!
