The villa features a stylish open-concept living room with a wraparound couch, additional seating, and a 50-inch TV, perfect for movie nights or family gatherings. The gourmet kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliances, granite breakfast bar seating for four, and a formal dining area for eight. With two king master suites featuring en-suite bathrooms, a queen bedroom, and two additional bedrooms—including a nautical-inspired twin room—there’s plenty of space for up to 10 guests. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F.
• GRILL:
Please note that we do not offer grill as standard feature of our properties - However, we can rent a grill for your stay; Please contact us for more information
• PARKING

Overall, the house was amazing. It was style very nicely however they had back-to-back reservations during the we booked our reservation. Guest had just left the home that morning before we checked in and guest was arriving the same day after we checked out. A week later they sent me damage to a dresser that they stated cost 2000. Luckily I take pictures before and after and those damages already there. It’s really upsetting, and I don’t feel like they didn’t properly cleaned and checked everything before having the next guest arrived or they would’ve known that the dresser was already damaged. Luckily, I book with Vrbo often and I am not responsible for any damages. My family and I come from a long background of housekeepers. We know how things are supposed to look and this is why I take my own pictures.
