Apartment located on the second and last floor it is very sunny and comfortable, it is located in the city center 300m from the thermal baths and the very large 12 ha fenestral park very popular with young and old, many free attractions. A special price (€ 650) is offered to people who book for 3 consecutive weeks, eg spa guests.
It consists of a living room with sofa that raises the legs very comfortable, television, free wifi, kitchenette with gas stove, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, the washing machine is on the landing first.
A large bedroom with a superb view of the SANCY, with 1 bed 2 pers duvet or blankets, pillows, bolster, a cot can be made available. A second large month bedroom with 1 single bed and bunk bed for 2 children with pillows and duvets. A bathroom with toilet shower cabinet and hair dryer.
Many departures from hiking trails, cinema, media library, casino, fishing in the DORDOGNE which crosses the city, the thermal baths are open to everyone for a moment of relaxation or a treatment, just make an appointment and the prices are reasonable. 6 km away is the MONT - DORE where you can take the funicular or a little further the cable car which will take you to get some fresh air and in winter practice alpine skiing. For the departure of cross country ski trails or snowshoes it is near LA BOURBOULE
