About this apartment rental

Ground floor apartment (feels like home) 2 BEDROOMS, 1 SUITE, finely decorated in a very nice and quiet place with lots of Hortencia (at the time of the same), green and Araucarias.
Located next to the Parque Laje de Pedra Condominium, a wonderful place to go hiking and enjoy the view of the Quilombo Valley.
Excellent to be quiet for two, with friends or family.
1 covered parking space with entrance inside the building.

O apto está em local agradável, tranquilo, residencial, de fácil acesso e seguro. Ambiente confortável, limpo, bem decorado, roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade e tudo muito organizado. Estive com meu marido por 01 semana e passamos ótimos dias . A sra. Beatriz nos recebeu com toda educação e eficiência, como uma verdadeira anfitriã, aliás , como de costume, pois não é a primeira vez q nos hospedamos nesse apartamento. Pretendemos voltar sempre! Vale à pena por tudo ,inclusive custo/benefício!

Curtimos muito nossa estada no apartamento/casa da Sra. Bia que nos recebeu com cordialidade e simpatia. O imóvel e muito bem cuidado, limpo e organizado e sua localização facilita o deslocamento para todos os passeios. Superindico para todos que tiverem a oportunidade de visitar estas cidades encantadoras, Gramado/Canela.

Fomos em 2 casais e ficamos muito satisfeitos com a escolha. Além de ser um lugar tranquilo junto a natureza, estávamos de carro e perto de tudo. Tudo limpo e confortável, fomos muito bem recebidos pela sra Beatriz que nos deu dicas de Restaurantes perto e outras atividades interessante. Recomento muito.
