Didi's Cottage Mystery Bay - a nod to the classic Australian coastal holiday

Didi's Cottage is a fully furnished cosy quaint coastal cottage situated one street back from the beach in Mystery Bay. It is surrounded by fabulous beaches, National Park and the beauty and sounds of nature.

There are 3 bedrooms - 2 with Queen beds and the third with 2 Singles - sleeping up to six people in total. The cottage boasts 3 decks, all with ocean and forest views.

Linen - guests will need to bring your own linen - Sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Tea towels are provided.
Linen hire may be available by prior arrangement only.

The Cottage

The main bedroom is extra large with a queen bed, seats and a coffee table. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is furnished in a retro style with the third bedroom having two single beds and a toy box.

The open plan living spaces comprise:
a cosy lounge area with TV, DVD player and DVD's for your enjoyment. It opens onto the front verandah via French doors;
a dining area with a stereo and bookshelf to keep you entertained. it opens onto the central deck via French doors; and
a split level galley kitchen with gas stove, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and jug.

The fully-tiled bathroom has a toilet, vanity, rustic claw-foot bath with shower, and a heated towel rack. There is a spare shower in the garage for those post swim rinses and a rustic outdoor dunny for emergency use.

The garage has:
a small laundry with a washing machine and dryer;
a shower for a quick rinse off; and
a table-tennis table.

The front deck is partly under cover so you may unwind in the shade or choose to take in the ocean views. The central deck has an outdoor table and chairs and an outside power point for the electric barbecue which is stored in the laundry. From the central deck, stairs lead up to the very large and panoramic top deck where you may choose to relax and make the most of the picturesque and sunny aspect.

SORRY, NO PETS as we are too close to the National Park and we have no secure boundary fencing. This allows native animals to access the yard such as kangaroos and bandicoots.


Mystery Bay

Mystery Bay is situated 8 km south of Narooma and about 8 km north of 'River Cottage' in Central Tilba.

Mystery Bay offers some great sheltered swimming spots as well as surfing beaches. Visitors can enjoy walks and adventures along the pristine coastline, cliff faces, and forests in the adjoining Eurobodalla National Park, or further afield.

Narooma - There is a pool, boardwalk, cycleways, marina, shops, services, restaurants and clubs. There are boats for hire on Wagonga Inlet with great fishing, and tours to Montague Island where you can choose to swim with the seals.
Tilba area - well known for its fresh produce, markets, cheese and wine.
