SilverWaters Waterfront Accommodation Lake Macquarie

The 'Oh, WOW!' feeling lasted throughout our stay. Immaculately presented apartments, beautifully furnished and appointed and almost on the water's edge, with stunning views. Lovely home-baked treats and a bottle of wine were accompanied by a lovely hand-printed welcome note, with similarly-penned helpful instructions for WiFi, remote controls etc. and there was even a litre of fresh milk in the fridge for us. Our hosts Ken and Diane were friendly and helpful without being intrusive, and were available on site to answer any questions. The overseas visitors accompanying us were warmly welcomed, and were hugely impressed with the property, the abundant birdlife, lake views and the quiet surroundings.

Apart from a couple of VERY minor maintenance issues which had no impact on our enjoyment, I can think of nothing else to mention other than it can be a tad difficult to find the driveway when returning to the property for the first time at night.

Welcoming hosts, fully equipped, gorgeous outlook

Beautiful view of the lake

The location was exactly what we were looking for. It was in a beautiful spot on the waterfront with the prettiest sunrise/sunset and the best sceneries over the lake. There are a few shops/fastfood near the house for our convenience. They had excursions you could pick from but it was so comfortable we stayed at the house majority of the time. We loved it!

Nothing. We had amazing hosts, met with Di when we first got there and she was so kind and helpful. It felt like being at home away from home.
