The ease of everything from initial contact with the owner to check in, communication, the location, function of the apartment. Being there was fun, comfy and quiet. Fabulous sunrise, great drying space for clothes and an elevator to the 6th floor! I felt safe here, neighbour's were friendly.
The bathmat was a slippery as an ice-skating rink!

Location was good. Secure car parking.
View from balcony good.
On entering property there was a drain smell.
Internet connection sometimes not very good.
Could do with new towels. Bathroom door could do with a better lock.
