La ubicación es buenísima lleno de restaurantes, supermercados, vida nocturna pero sobre todo un espacio cómodo y familiar para hacer un asado cuentan con asador.

Creo que todo estuvo bien. Tal vez le hace falta un poco más de iluminación en ciertas áreas pero todo bien.

We loved the location on the second floor, we sat on the balcony and people watched for hours. Came with an Briquet BBq which was really nice. Place was super clean and have a real Spanish feel to it. The kitchen was overstocked with the things you need to stay comfortably. Beach chairs and umbrella were like new. Nice big fridge and a 6 burner gas stove just everything exceeded our expectations. 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach and up to 5th avenue and 10min to the grocery store so was perfect. Will definitely be returning.

El departamento es muy cómodo con espacios bien distribuidos y muebles y camas cómodas para descansar. La ubicaciones privilegiada.

Son algunos detalles que requieren atención de mantenimiento. Como por ejemplo el arreglo de una persiana de la división de vidrio del balcón. Para evitar posibles accidentes al no notar el vidrio.

Great location, with a well equipped kitchen. 2 minute walk to the beach and 5th Ave.

Communication was NOT good. I had to reach out to the owners to get instructions on how to access the condo. Very stressful when you're travellling and have limited internet access. On the morning of checkout Trevor showed up early and said we were supposed to have checked out the day before. Thankfully I had the Booking.com confirmation to show him he was wrong. My daughter had dental surgery and was trying to sleep as much as possible before having to fly home. To say I was a pissed off Mama is an understatement. It's a wonderful condo but cmon folks it's not that difficult to communicate with your customers and keep your bookings straight.
