המתחם יחסית גדול ומרווח וקרוב מאוד לים ולטיילת, הבריכה והג'אקוזי מתוחזקים, המטבח מאובזר.
היינו 2 לילות ו3 ימים, הכניסה למתחם ב15:30, יציאה ב10:00, בעל המתחם הסכים להאריך ל11, אך לא הסכים להיכנס לבריכה ולג'אקוזי ולכן למעשה מדובר ביום וחצי נטו. מטבח החוץ היה מאובק, יש תמי 4 אחד לכל הסוויטות, הוא ממוקם בחוץ ומלא בלכלוך (הוצאנו מים מלוכלכים ממנו), בערב היו מים קרים במקלחת, ורק שהודענו לבעלים, הוא אמר שידליק את הדוד ונחכה חצי שעה ו"שיש מים חמים בבריכה" (מקלחת חוץ פתוחה). המגבות שקיבלנו היו אחרי כביסה, אך מוכתמות, הקומקומים בסוויטות מיושנים ומלאים באבנית וכו'. בשורה התחתונה המקום לא מתוחזק כראוי וחבל.
