Villa with private pool located on the edge of the village of Fontès in the heart of the department of Hérault.

This one-storey villa has a large terrace and a large garden. For lunch, when it is hot, you will appreciate the shade of the pine. It is from him that the name "les pignes" comes from. The "Lucques" (olives typical of Languedoc) grow on the olive tree in front of the kitchen window.

The situation is exceptional: 30 km from the Mediterranean sandy beaches, 12 km from Lake Salagou where you can practice swimming and sailing, 30 km from the Regional Natural Park of Haut-Languedoc (Summits Somail and Espinouse are 1,124 meters high and those of Caroux are 1,101 meters above sea level).
Sports activities for all tastes are nearby, including canoeing, paragliding, climbing, golf, tennis and hiking. Starting from the villa, you can make wonderful walks.

Ich verbrachte in einer Gruppe von 5 Personen die letzte Dezemberwoche in Fontès in dem Ferienhaus "Pignes et Lucques"
Das Haus hat einen geräumigen, schön möbilierten Wohn-Speiseraum, die Küche sehr durchdacht eingerichtet, neben den 3 Schlafzimmern ist das schöne Bad mit Toilette. Es gibt auch noch eine Gästetoilette. Alles ist neu eingerichtet, praktisch und sehr pflegeleicht. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden, sehr ansprechend ist der Garten mit Terasse und einem Blick in die Landschaft "Hérault".
Etwa 5-10 Min. zu Fuß liegt das Dörfchen Fontès . Hier gibt es einen Bäcker und einen guten Fleischer, bei dem wir uns hervorragend fürdie Festtage eingedeckt haben. Für den Rest fährt man nach Pézenas, wo es Markt, Supermärkte und Verkaufsbuden für Muscheln und Austern gibt.
Bei dem herrlichen Wintersonnenschein, den wir hatten, machten wir u.a. herrliche Ausflüge nach Béziers, Grau d'Agde, zum canal du Midi und zum Lac de Salagou und Mourèze. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Maison spacieuse, au calme et agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire. Jardin à l'abri des regards et équipé d'une grande piscine appréciable en cette période estivale. Région permettant de nombreuses activités variées. Propriétaires sympathiques et à l'écoute des locataires ( petits cadeaux de bienvenue à notre arrivée). Je recommande cette location.

Maison au calme, très spacieuse et très bien équipée. L'extérieur est tout aussi bien avec une grande terrasse, un jardin et une piscine très propre, sans vis-à-vis. Nous étions en couple avec 4 enfants (de 1 mois à 5 ans et demi) donc le lieu est idéale pour les familles. Les propriétaires sont réactifs et disponibles. Je recommande vivement!
