Die Unterkunft ist bestens gelegen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt ein großes Esszimmer und eine große Küche. Alles was man braucht ist dort. In der Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mit der U-bahn ist man schnell an jedem Ort der Stadt. Viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Auch die Beschreibung, wie man in den Hof und an den Schlüsselsafe gelangt fand ich nicht schwierig. Man muss sich nur alles gut durchlesen und vorher auf der Karte anschauen.

Lovely large rooms with high ceiling height. Superbly equipped with everything you need including washing liquid, cloths, washing machine, ironing board, clothes horse, shampoos and shower gel, pots & pans, bottled water. Clean. Great communication from host, offered assistance although we didn’t utilise these. Clear instructions for checking in using the lockbox as we arrived in the middle of the night. Air con in the living spaces but was enough to keep the whole apartment cool. The children loved the piano! Pretty sound proof too. Coffee shop across the road has the most amazing coffee! The cocktail bar (the bartender) was temporarily closed but looked great from pictures and exterior. Walkable into the centre but bolt taxis are very cheap and in the August heat I would recommend this instead!

Little rough round the edges in places particularly in the kitchen such as uneven kitchen floor. The first night was very hot as the air con hadn’t been on but I can understand this for environmental reasons. Only 2 bowls.

Wonderful flat for a big company as we were staying- 4 adults and 2 small kids. We had everything in the kitchen (dishwasher included), in the bathroom- a washing machine, a hairdryer. And iron and ironing board as well. The place is quite but at 9 am you can hear the bell- there is a beautiful cathedral of Alexandr Nevsky in the yard. The flat in the city center, 300m from Fabrika, 25 minutes from Rustaveli Avenue. There are a lot of supermarkets and small shops with local food. I don’t want to move my comment into a negative field because that’s a suggestion. It’d be great to have one extra bed linen in case somebody has to sleep in a living room. Thank you!❤️
