The personal attention from Lucia, Uli and Piero was outstanding. We really appreciated being able to check in early after a 24 hour journey. Breakfast was lovely and it felt very homely.
We chose the family room as a non-smoking room, but it lacked privacy because of its location in the property.

Nice spacious guest house, giving you the feeling of a home.
The bathrooms and the rooms are separated, it really is a transformed apartment. Good, that its a quiet area, but you have to move around to get to anywhere.

Good communication on WhatsApp to coordinate our late by arrival time. Very clean room and get breakfast provided. The area is very safe and was quiet at night
We were traveling at the end of March and Lima is very hot, a fan was provided, which made the room cool enough at night, but was very hot during the day
