About this house rental
This spacious single story villa is on a half acre private estate in a quiet cul-de-sac.
When you arrive, one of us will be there to greet you, show you around, and answer any questions you may have.
The moment you walk through the front door you will know you have made the right choice. The formal elegant dining room to your right seats six, the pool table room to your left with many seating choices. As you continue further, your eyes will be drawn to the sparkling pool (pool heating is available from March 15th to Nov 1st and it is quoted upon request) and the various lounging choices awaiting you outdoors. If you overcome the urge to dash outside, you’ll notice the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need. You may even take a quick glance at the large family room with lots of seating and a 65” smart tv. There is a pull out queen sofa bed for extra sleeping there as well.Then you’re finally outside. Some of you will notice the patio dining tables, the bar table, the large five burner grill and the multitude of patio seating. A few steps further you are looking at the large (18 ft x 40 ft) heated, salt water pool (pool heating is an extra fee), the covered cabana with two full and two twin size futons with plenty of pillows, a six person hot tub, the long pergola with more seating and a few of your friends/relatives already in the hammocks. You can follow the sun and your mood to the various seating, lounging, eating areas. At night, the outdoor lights come on, turning the backyard into a relaxing paradise.
Then you will realize that it's a perfect time to sneak in and pick your bedroom. At one end of the house is the private master suite, a very large bedroom with a king bed, fireplace and a 55” smart tv, private access to the patio, a bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub, a separate shower and a large walk in closet.
The other two bedrooms and bathrooms are at the other end of the house. Both bedrooms have king beds and 42” smart TV’s.
The "designated cook" will like all the kitchen goodies; gas cook top, wall oven/microwave, top of the line refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, toaster oven, coffee makers (drip, Keurig, espresso), the china and glassware collection, large variety of utensils, walk in pantry with some dry goods. There are some basic cooking ingredients; salt, pepper, sugar, spices. Check before buying.
In the large laundry room, there is a top of the line washer and dryer set with laundry and cleaning supplies.

First, the pictures don’t portray the beauty of the house and backyard. I wish we had more time to spend in the backyard. The house has almost everything you need to cook meals, any spice you can think of, make sure to check before you buy. There are ample towels, reading materials and guides to dining. The house was spotless and ample areas inside and out to sit. I wish we were there when the pool was open, but the hot tub was very relaxing especially after a day of hiking. You do need a car to get around. The garage in the house is not available but it is on a very private dead end street. We enjoyed the decorations, fossils and art. It is definitely more of a home feeling than a sterile environment. A wonderful place to stay, about 15 minutes to the strip and airport. Hopefully, we will be back.

Perfect place and location for our week in Las Vegas. The home is very well maintained with all the necessities. When we booked the rating on this home was 10/10. After staying there for a week, the 10/10 is well earned. Great host!

We had a great time. The house was perfect as a home base for adventures around town. Nice that everyone had their own room and bathroom. Well stocked kitchen and laundry. Will stay again!
