Welcome to Windsor Oasis! This spacious 5 bedrooms 5 bathroom villa is the perfect vacation villa for you and your family to enjoy. Being just 2 miles away from Walt Disney World® Resort, this villa features everything you need on your vacation, including a screened-in private pool and spa, game + theater room, custom-built kid-themed rooms, and more.
Be blown away as you enter the home with the open floor plan and spacious living area that has just been updated. You can find a dining table to comfortably seat 8 under the modern, galaxy-like chandelier. Leading towards the living area, sit back and relax and catch your favorite TV show on the 65-inch 4K TV and SONOS system. Prepare a home meal in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar for 4, kitchen nook for 4, and views to the pool area.
The villa is fun for the whole family. Play all day or night with your own private theater and arcade making you feel like you are in a galaxy far away. With 2 40-inch LCD TVs hooked up to an Xbox 360 and a PS4, the kids can play their favorite video games. Not only do they have the video game consoles but you can find a Golden Tee Golf arcade, Multi-Arcade Machine, and Twisted Nitro Stunt Racing arcade. You can feel like you are in the middle of your favorite movie with a 120” movie screen projected within 1080p HD, surround sound, and custom-built theater seating and decking. Have some fun while soaking up the Florida sun in your own private pool and spillover spa. Enjoy the screened-in pool area with sun loungers and an outdoor patio dining area. On the first floor, you can find the master suite that may remind you to see the beauty in all with a king-sized bed, 40-inch LCD TV, Apple TV, en-suite bathroom, and access to the pool area. There is a second master bedroom will take you under the sea with a king-sized bed, 40-inch LCD TV, Apple TV, and en-suite bathroom. The last bedroom found on the first floor is a king bedroom that you may sense the force with a 32-inch LCD TV, Apple TV, and its own private bathroom. Head towards the second floor where you can find the rest of the bedrooms custom-built for kids (or kids at heart). There is a superhero suite with 2 custom twin over twin bunk beds that make you feel like you are part of the plan to save the world, 32-inch LCD TV, Apple TV, and en-suite bathroom. The other kids' bedroom is themed with a familiar character that all guests will love. This bedroom has a custom-built bunk bed, a 32-inch LCD TV, an Apple TV, and their own private bathroom.

• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation

• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. We just got back from a week at this property. There was some really good & really bad, which leaves us at an average review. Here's our honest review so you have all the info!
Good:
-House is REALLY pretty, well themed rooms, very spacious. Custom bunk beds the kids loved!
-Nicely stocked kitchen for cooking
-Close to WDW, 15 mins from MK
-VERY cool main pool w/ a splash pad
Bad:
-4 screen panels were missing off the patio when we arrived, letting in lots of bugs and critters. This was fixed almost the last day so it should be fixed for YOU, but for us it was a bummer not to use the patio much
-Gas for the grill isnt included and it was empty when we arrived. Maybe not a big deal for you, but make time to refill the tanks bc Management told us it's our responsibility.
-Our private pool was a hot mess. When we arrived it was cloudy and murky. When we complained to Management we were told ppl were sent out to fix it. This went on for four days. When we complained again on day 4 they said "We're not saying you're lying but our pool guy has sent us photos and the pool looks clear" Sir. Please come see this pool. It was murky, sandy and had lots of debris.
It was an ongoing issue the entire stay. Looks like the pool needs shock, a backwash and a new filter bc tiny cracks must be letting in all the sand.
We were offered a 10% discount on another stay to compensate for the issues we had. Meh. If your main focus is WDW the house is great. The private amenities? Not so great.
