Size of cottage, location.
The heating hadn't been put on before we arrived - very cold in mid Jan.

Great location, good layout, warm, very clean, kitchen well stocked with utensils etc, wood burning stove & lots of games & books available.
Check-in time of 5pm & check-out by 9am a little inconvenient. Requested earlier check-in but declined. Preferably would be 3pm & 10am respectively. Bathroom not as warm as other rooms.
