About this apartment rental
Fantastic apartment of 60m2 consisting of a bedroom with a bed for a couple and a living room with kitchenette that has a sofa bed.
The apartment is very bright, and has beautiful views of the sea, is very well connected and has all the services a few meters away.
The beach is only 200 meters away.
This wonderful apartment, consists of about 60m2, a lot of lighting since it has a large window across the entire floor, overlooking the sea.
Its decoration is "modern Nordic" with furniture of the best qualities.
It has been recently renovated and consists of a bedroom for a couple, a large living room with kitchenette in which we can find two sofas, one of them is made bed.
We have a very differentiated dining and kitchen area with all the new and high quality appliances.
The house will be fully available to the tenant and himself may use the common areas of the urbanization, such as the pool, provided he respects the rules of the community.

A downside was a troubled neighbour in the flat above who banged the floor at odd hours. Advised tgr host who was going to investigate. Otherwise very good

Como en nuestra propia casa,..y no es una frase echa,...ordenada,limpia, decorada al minimo detalle,...lo hemos tenido todo, hemos disfrutado como hacía tiempo que no lo haciamos, nos hemos sentido súper agusto y contentos, la piscina una maravilla, la zona super tranquila, el apartamento con vistas al mar, y a cinco minutos andando de la playa, y si querias visitar zonas como benalmadena, marbella, mijas,...en veinte minutos en coche estabas alli,....cerca de supermercados como el mercadona,...en serio,...mil gracias Francisco y tatiana por la atención recibida, un placer haber estado unos dias por alli...

Dommage d’etre Séparé de la mer par la 2x2 voies. Toutefois la beauté et l’agencément de l’appartement sont irréprochables et la mer est tout de même facile à rejoindre a pied par une petite passerelle
N’hésitez pas à visiter le village de Mijas dans la montagne qui le plus joli qu’on ait visité.... en tuk tuk c’est le mieux et plus complet que l’ane Et la calèche....

A 1 week stay at this property, unable to connect to WiFi at the apartment, I sent a message to owner to advise but because of the language barrier he just replied with " no problem" I also rang the contact number of the lady who met us at the apartment but the phone was never answered, so I had to rely on using WiFi at bars and restaurants.
Lots of very loud banging from 2am through the night until the next morning on 4 out of the 7 nights we stayed got very little sleep.
On a positive note the apartment is just like the photos very modern, it was very clean but because of the above problems I would not go back to this apartment.
