About this house rental
Our home is the perfect place for guests to stay whilst visiting Dublin and we hope to get the opportunity to host you on your next trip to our beautiful city! Whether you just want to stay for just a few days or a little longer, we promise you a warm Irish welcome and a very comfortable stay when you hire our VRBO vacation rental property!
Our home contains 5 large bedrooms each of which has beautiful king sized bedS, high quality mattresses and fresh linen & towels, so you are guaranteed a good nights sleep here! With three ensuite bathrooms and one main bathroom, (each of which contains shower gels/shampoo/conditioner, etc), guests are assured they will have all the essentials which one needs for overseas travel. Our large family bathroom also contains an oversized bath tub, so it is the perfect place to relax after a day sightseeing in Dublin! Each bedroom comes equipped with a private TV with satellite channels & Netflix, so you can relax and catch up on your favourite TV shows from the comfort of your bedroom. All bedrooms also contain hairdryers and travel adaptors so no need to pack excess luggage before you get to Ireland!
We have a very large and fully stocked kitchen with seating for 12 guests. There are plenty of options for cooking if you want a nice dinner at home with your family or alternatively if you prefer to eat out, why not try Ireland's winner for Pub Food of the Year, in the Beaumont House pub, which is less than two minute walk from our house.
The TV lounge is ideal for unwinding and catching up with family members and it contains very comfortable Italian leather couches and a large 55" OLED TV, an amazing experience for movies!
For guests who need laundry facilities, we provide washing machine and dryer to use and all the washing liquid is also provided. At the rear of the property, there is a large outdoor patio with seating where guests can relax and unwind on a nice afternoon!
On arrival, I plan to meet guests in person and show them around the entire property. After this, guests will have the property to themselves. Guests can easily contact me throughout their stay should they need any assistance as we live very close by.
Location wise, whether you wish to spend the day sightseeing in Dublin, along the beach in Portmarnock or perhaps a stroll through the beautiful villages of Howth and Malahide, our home really is in the perfect location and is very accessible to all of the main attractions in Dublin. With a bus stop less than one minute from the house, Dublin City Center is very easily accessible in less than 15 minutes.

What a lovely and spacious stay in Dublin. Quiet area and close to Dublin City Center. Cab service was amazing, would call, and usually within five minutes a cab arrived. We were all very pleased with the house, and I would rent it again. Plenty of room, and the yard outside was lovely. Such a nice neighborhood. Thank you to our host, Damien for always being a text away.

Everything was as described. Very comfortable. Plenty of room for a large group. Good location to walk to a few places, close to the airport and not far from City Center by taxi. Lots of extra amenities. Fully stocked kitchen. Damien was great.

We rented the entire guesthouse for a family trip to celebrate my sister’s birthday. 8 of us - one Grandparent, two sets of parents, and three boys (aged 13,11 and 7) had plenty of space to spread out and rest after packed days of sightseeing. Communication with the owner was easy and access to the house was simple. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to the bus stop to Dublin, grocery and stores and pubs. We really enjoyed the Comet pub! Our only issue was that the dryer wasn’t working too well, so we had to dry small loads and use the hanging racks provided. But otherwise, the place was wonderful and we hope to be back!

Good location for visiting northern towns like Howth (very cute town) and 15 minutes away from Dublin Central; 10 minutes from the Dublin Airport.
I stay at many vrbo's and expect certain things like a spotless house. Upon arrival at Damien's house, the trash cans were full and the fridge was full of food. Damien mentioned that it was his food and to help ourselves. This didn't feel right to me and my family and we found ourselves not wanting to eat dinners at all because the kitchen was too crowded with Damien's items.
When paying as much as we did a night, I would expect a cleaner house, better towels and a real coffee maker.
However, nonetheless, the bedrooms were quality and the beds were fine and the location was great.
