This plush, contemporary home is perched in Vistapark Resort, which is only a seven-mile drive from Disney attractions!
With five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this rental is perfect for a large group. The interior of the home is large and spacious, with tranquil colors and luxurious finishes to create a sense of calm throughout. The kitchen has plenty of counterspace and is next to a formal dining area that seats eight as well as a kitchen island and small coffee nook. The living space is bright and well-furnished, with comfortable seating for the whole family.
Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate this rental. It offers guests a large enclosed lanai with a pool, a spa, and a grill to keep them refreshed and full. The pool deck is oversized, with more than enough space to host a pool party or to lounge under the sun.
Vistapark Resort has much to offer, with guests enjoying the easy access to Disney along with nearby shops, restaurants, and night life opportunities. The gated community is a great fit for the safety-conscious, too, allowing parents to sleep in peace knowing their children are safe.
Please note: Additional fees will apply if the following are not left in the same condition in which they were found: grill cleaning fee $75.00 / excess trash $75.00 / damaged linens: $150.00.
Pool Policy: $35.00 / per day – minimum 3+ night stays. Please inquire in advance.
Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of a minimum of $500 up to $1,000.
Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The house was nice & roomy. Lots of rooms and bathrooms that we didn't end up using. The pool was great. The only thing was there were still some trash left under the beds and food packages from maybe the previous families. Other than that everything was great. Location is very convenient if you plan to go to DisneyWorld. Thanks again Lovely Rentals for the great experience. Would rent this house again

We just wanted to get away from Ohio's cold and enjoy a heated pool. It was a lovely. 4 couples + kids. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Left behind some games.

This is my 2nd time vacationing at this house and both times were AMAZING! The house was clean, nicely decorated and I love the upgraded TVs in the bedrooms!!! Thank you for that. The only thing I will say is the pool had a lot of dirt at the bottom from the wind blowing.

The pool is great and the overall cleanliness was good. However, the dishes that had been put away were all dirty. There is a significant ant problem outside the home. Overall, the house is nice enough but the space is mostly in the rooms; therefore, I would recommend this home if you plan to use it more so just to sleep. (The living spaces are tight, not conducive to several people hanging together at once).
Neighborhood is private and gated, there is a Publix less than 5 minutes away and several restaurants available thru delivery.
Likely would not stay again due to the small living areas, but would work well for those using the house just to sleep and go to the parks.
