Casa e condomínio bastante agradável. Localizaçao boa bem próximo a mercados e comércio em geral. O único problema que tivemos foi relacionado a wi fi do condomínio que funciona apenas em alguns pontos do condomínio e devido ao alto número de pessoas acessando não funciona adequadamente. Infelizmente dentro da residência não funcionou,somente na varanda.

Condomínio tranquilo onde as várias famílias interagem em um ambiente tranquilo. Os funcionários foram super atenciosos e simpaticos. Os donos do imóvel deram toda a atenção necessária. Imóvel muito bem cuidado e de acordo com a descrição. Localização ótima.

Verifiquei no inicio que os filtros do ar condicionado MUITO SUJO / ENTUPIDO , para usá - los tive que limpá-los , portas dos quartos e banheiros agarrando no piso e laterais . Não voltaria nessas condições .
