Offshore Rustic House

Very clean and beautiful house. Kitchen has everything you need. It was pleasure to walk all over.

I would give you even 10/10 except for the fact that you don’t provide any heaters to your winter guests… it’s February, the room was very cold. I was truly disappointed about that.

Fully equipped kitchen

The outside looks a bit old and not well maintained because of the old gate and wooden windows.

Rustic is right. Rundown and lots of things just need more cleaning, care and repairs. Don’t look too hard and there is dirt, dust and cobwebs behind the bedside table (when you want to use the socket to charge your phone), wardrobe and some of kitchen appliances and cupboards look like no one has cleaned for years. Unclear instructions eg says washing machine costs 5 euros but doesn’t explain to call owner to use it. Says take off shoes but floor is so dirty that socks or feet are covered in grit.

Low level of cleanliness. General state of disrepair.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The common spaces of the house were kept clean. Fully equipped kitchen . The washing machine was a plus. Two shared bathrooms were available to use. Our room #1 had a small balcony.

The room was located on a street side EXTREMELY noisy. We had to close all windows at night and still we could hear like if cars, barking dogs, seagulls were inside the room. Also, you can hear everything from other rooms. So a sleepless stay. The house has huge potential, the terrace (that needs to be cleaned and restored) could have a BBQ. Poor value for the cost.
