Un endroit magnifique à recommander

La situation du studio au bord de mer proche de toutes les activités possibles. La plage de galets, le phare et son estacade, Mers-Les-Bains à 1km, le funiculaire et les points de vue sur la falaise, les restaurants, la halle aux poissons, etc

Les sanitaires, les appareils et ustensiles de cuisine manquent d'entretien approfondi. le parking payant non renseigné dans l'annonce ( 30€ pour 3 jours et 50€ la semaine ) Les abords, l'accès et les escaliers vers les étages se trouve l'arrière de l'immeuble , c'est très exigu, vieillot et pas très accueillant.

Avis suite à notre magnifique séjour au Treport :)

Appartement avec une magnifique vue sur la plage, très propre et idéalement situé. Le propriétaire est disponible et à l’écoute en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n’hésiterons pas à revenir. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement !

Ce que nous avons moins apprécié : il n’y a pas de place de parking réservée au logement. Lorsque nous sortons en voiture, il faut espérer trouver un emplacement au retour. Cela reste toutefois un détail qui n’altère en rien notre excellente impression du logement, et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir :)

La vue mer au 3eme étage (attention pour les bagages car pas d’ascenseur). L’accueil et l’attention des hôtes avec les informations très utiles avant notre arrivée. L’organisation de la pièce très fonctionnelle. L’emplacement central.

L’insonorisation avec des voisins qui parlent fort. Supplément draps et serviettes à 20€ à prévoir si besoin.

ordentliches Apartment, in unschönem Haus, mit Meerblick und hohen Nebenkosten

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Der direkte Meerblick hat mir gefallen, obwohl nur durch ein geöffnetes Fenster. Ein Balkon wäre schöner gewesen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Kaffeemaschine. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Badezimmer ist freundlich, aber innenliegend. Die historische Standseilbahn von Le Tréport befindet sich unweit der Unterkunft und wir haben sie gerne genutzt, um den Ausblick über die Felsenküste und den Ort schweifen zu lassen bzw. für lange Spaziergänge entlang der Küste, hoch oben. Außerdem haben wir auf der Höhe, in einer Tiefgarage, unser Auto geparkt. Der Ort Le Tréport bietet eine schöne Fußgängermeile mit unzähligen Bars, Shops, Cafés und Restaurants, hat eine schöne alte Kirche, einen netten Hafen usw. Am Strand gibt es sehr viele kleine, bunte Holz-Umkleidehäuschen/Strandhütten aneinandergereiht, was sehr hübsch aussieht.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher berechnet die Gastgeberin mit 20 Euro pro Person, was wir als sehr viel empfinden. Wie wollen sie ja schließlich nicht kaufen ;-) Wir sind Genius-Level-3-Bucher bei Booking und haben bereits hunderte von Unterkünften auf unseren Reisen gebucht, aber das gab es noch nie. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren bisher immer inkludiert. Der Parkplatz sollte außerdem mit 30 EUR zu Buche schlagen. Zum Glück erhielten wir den Hinweis, dass man auch hoch oben auf den Felsen parken (3 Euro/Tag) und mit der Standseilbahn wieder herunter in die Stadt fahren kann. Le Tréport hat an der Stelle, wo sich die Unterkunft befindet, eigentlich richtig schöne, einzeln stehende Stadthäuser. Irgendwer hat dann einen sehr hässlichen "Riegel" davor gebaut und den Stadthäusern somit den Meerblick genommen. In diesem sehr unschönen, alten, langgezogenen Häuserblock (Riegel) befindet sich die Ferienwohnung, (ggf. mal mit Google-Street-view ansehen). Die Balkone, zur Meeresseite hin, fehlen. Das Apartment ist recht eng. Der Korridor, das Treppenhaus ist etwas gruselig, eng, steil, abgewohnt, dunkel, unsaniert. Man muss etliche Treppen hoch steigen, um zum Apartment zu gelangen, was mit schwerem Gepäck nicht so günstig ist. -> kein Wohlfühlfaktor insgesamt, keine Empfehlung unsererseits für einen Urlaub Der Strand ist grob-kiesig, das Meer wild, mit hohen Wellen, nicht zum Baden geeignet. Oft ist es stürmisch und es regnet viel.
