Amazing Penthouse Condo

We rented this for our daughter, son-in-law and three grandsons (13,11,9) over the Christmas holiday. They absolutely loved it!! Perfect location to the beach and other activities. It was very clean and had everything needed to make it a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The owner was amazing to work with and communication was awesome! Will definitely keep this in mind for future visits to Fort Myers.

WE enjoyed the property very much. The owner was very helpful and the apartment had everything we need. We actually packed items we didn't need to because the apartment was so well planned. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back! This condo was very clean, well maintained and had good quality furniture, towels and linens. We have stayed at numerous rentals and this was the best one we have rented. It is immaculately cleaned-I especially noticed no dark grout lines or dusty baseboards which other units usually have. The owner lives locally so it’s clear he has time and cares enough to make sure everything is well maintained, clean and well stocked and in working order. We appreciated the extra garbage bags, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and well stocked kitchen. Most rental units give you a pack of about 2 garbage bags and 2 dishwasher loads so we always end up needing to purchase more. We thought the location was nice. About a 5 minute walk across the street to the beach, about 2 minutes to the pool. There is a CVS and a shopping mall within walking distance with great restaurants. We especially enjoyed Francesco’s pizza and Skye’s. We went across the street to Pinchers. The two balconies were wonderful and made it bright and big and fun to see either the bay or the gulf (gulf is in between a couple buildings but still a good view). The pool was very nice, it had some floaties and noodles and a little pool house with nice clean bathrooms so we never had to go back up to the condo. It is shared by about 6 buildings but we had it all to ourselves every time we used it! It was like a private pool!! We also really appreciated all of the beach accessories including umbrella, Tommy Bahama chairs, beach cart/wagon, boogie boards, toys and cooler! Many units do not have these items and we end up renting. There were also nice beach towels which we did not end up using because we brought our own. We could have saved much room in our suitcase because we always pack our beach towels not knowing what to expect. Overall this unit was very clean, well maintained and cared for, had quality furniture and was a great choice! I would recommend it to anyone.
