Real haven of peace,. This studio is part of the villa which is composed of three other independent apartments. This charming house located in the heart of Provence, between sea and mountains offers a personalized welcome by the owners. Private pool heated from May 1 to September 30 - Pool-house - outdoor lounge - pergola - summer lounge - terrace - private garden - park with olive trees, oaks and pines - Plancha - private and fenced parking, electric gate - free WIFI connection - washing machine - satellite TV - heating / air conditioning - Ping-Pong - boules pitch. From June 1st to September 30th the villa is rented alone to the same family of 4 or 6 or 8 holidaymakers. The rest of the year possibility to accommodate either 2 or 4 or 6 people in the large apartment, or mezzanine studio or the apartment on the 1st floor, see terms with the owner. Three fully equipped kitchens; four rooms for two people; cots (on request free of charge) three showers; 1 bathroom; separate toilet. Quiet location, no neighborhood nearby. Clear view of the Esterel mountains.
To visit: wine route with possibility of tasting at the producers. Discover and travel the wine route from Seillans to Muy. For cycling and mountain biking enthusiasts, the region offers multiple circuits of different categories in grandiose landscapes. A few minutes from the villa, you can also discover many vineyards in the town of Seillans that offer tasty tastings of local wines and olive oil sold directly on site. Many excursions to do: Haut Var, Gorges du Verdon, as well as the Regional Park of Mercantour. Visit of Cannes, Monaco, Antibes, as well as the Provençal markets of the region.
Restaurants: In the village of Seillans and Fayence and Callas you will find several restaurants offering excellent regional cuisine at different prices. The security deposit of 400,00 € is to be deposited the day of the arrival, and will be returned the day of the departure after the inventory of fixtures. The tourist tax of 2.53 € per day and per person is to be paid directly on the spot.
