About this apartment rental
Delightful independent apartment, located directly on the seafront of Casamicciola, a few steps from the center and 10 meters from a free beach and a beach club.
The apartment is a two-room apartment of about 60 square meters, is located on the first floor of a small building and consists of:
• a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and adjoining terrace, overlooking a green garden;
• a large living room with two sofa beds of quick and simple opening, one double and the other usable with one or two seats, served by another bathroom, also with a shower;
• the open plan kitchen is well equipped and has direct access to the large furnished terrace of about 60 square meters, from which guests can enjoy the view of the sea and Mount Epomeo, dining in the light of the Ischian moon.
The rooms, bright and well ventilated, thanks to the large windows, are equipped with efficient and silent ceiling fans.
The bus stop, located in front of the pedestrian entrance, makes it easy to move between the 6 municipalities of the island and visit the beautiful beaches and the renowned spa parks (Castiglione 1.8 km, Baia di S. Montano and "Negombo" to 3 Km, Bay of Cetara and Poseidon Gardens to 8 Km, village of S. Angelo at 13 Km) or enjoy all the other useful services to make your holiday comfortable and comfortable, even without the help of a car of your own.
Within walking distance a renowned restaurant pizzeria and a pub, a bar, a pharmacy, a newsagent with tobacconist, a bakery and, in the immediate vicinity, also two supermarkets and shops, as well as free parking and payment of tickets.
Crossing the road, guests can rent boats and rafts, taking advantage of a small pier where you can also moor your boat.
The Port of Casamicciola is less than 1 km and can easily be reached on foot by walking for 15 minutes along the tourist pier where countless boats are moored. The port of Ischia is, instead, 3.7 km.
With weekly surcharge you can request the supply of sheets and linens for beds (E. 40), towels and bath towels (E. 30) and bicycles (E. 20 cd).

The owners were super sweet and accommodating. They had coffee, water and basic essentials stocked in the kitchen for us and well as decent pots & pans should you want to prepare a meal at home.
Apartment was clean and comfortable with a beautiful large patio area. A/C worked well which was appreciated as it was really hot. Located across the street from a nice beach, home had umbrella and lounge chairs for you to use if you didn’t want to rent ( they charge about 25 euros for day) .
The location was perfect, grocery store, restaurants just steps away. We didn’t have a car so we used the bus system and stop was right outside the building. Very convenient visiting other areas of the island. Town center was a 2 minute walk with great shops and restaurants however apartment is literally next door to a great restaurants and coffee bar.
Really enjoyed our stay in this cute town and this apartment. I hope to return soon and will certainly stay here again. A presto, Gianfranco & Tina.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment, which is very well laid out and fully equipped. The apartment has a beautiful view, the terrace is lovely for meals and has a good sized table and chairs, as well as relaxed seating for drinks / snacks and awnings to give shade when required. The air conditioning is very effective and the rear balcony a nice wee sun trap for clothes airing / drying. The apartment is convenient for the free beach and various lidos, as well as excellent gelatarias and restaurants. Wednesday nights there are bands and pop up stalls in the village square which were v entertaining.
The hosts are charming, gracious and ultra helpful. Guides to the island have been curated, restaurant recommendations are at the ready and they are quick to respond to all queries. We had a lovely time and would like to return for a longer stay.

Very welcoming hosts, wonderful apartment with a fantastic view of the sea. Would definitely recommend Ischia as an island to visit - beautiful beaches, lovely and green, great food and very friendly people.
