The private floor includes a 600 sq. ft (55 sq.m.) apartment for 2 people and a large 2100 sq ft (200 sq.m.) garden terrace with an unique and magnificent 270° view of Rome.
From the terrace you can see St.Peter’s cathedral the gardens of Villa Borghese (10 min walk), the Tiber river, the Pantheon dome, the Vittoriano monument, the Gianicolo, the Monte Mario hills and much more! By night the view is just magic.
The roof garden terrace has total privacy and only the singing of birds will interrupt the silence. It as a saltwater swimming pool (18’x13’x5’ - 5.5mx4mx1,6m), a dining area for 8/10 persons, which can be totally covered when shade is needed by electric awning. To relax even more, there is also a lounge area in the shade with two large sofas. The frequent Ponentino afternoon wind bring a nice cool down.
The 600 sq ft apartment, with parquet floor, has one bedroom, one bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tub and shower, a kitchen and a living room with a working fireplace. From the living room you have an open and endless view of Rome.
The 1960’s building, with concierge, is located in a very silent private street accessible thru an electric gate and with free parking.
The amazing location of this penthouse allow the guest to be at walking distance from: National Museum of Etruscan Art in Villa Giulia (0.8 km), GNAM Modern Art national Gallery (1 km), Villa Borghese (1.2 km), Auditorium Parco della Musica (1.5 km), Museo H.C. Andersen (1.5 km), Piazza del Popolo (1.8 km), MAXXI the National Museum of XXI Century Arts (2 km). And various restaurants and bars.

To repeat what was said in all the reviews the terrace, the pool the view are simply amazing. Vittorio who met us at check-in was thorough and a very interesting and friendly person. All communications were handled quickly and they responded positively to requests. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. We used taxis to get around and everything we wanted to see was a short distance away. The apartment is perfect for two people. There is a very well stocked market 10 minutes walk away. A very unique and special place to stay for a visit to Rome.

The apartment is better than the pictures. The host was responsive, flexible and accomodating. When we arrived, we met the host who had printed out information on specific items in the apartment, places to visit in the area, local stores and restaurants. It was really helpful information. The views from the terrace were spetacular!Definitely would stay here again.

A rare gem of a property with an amazing terrace, private saltwater pool (bigger than what appears in the listing) and one of a kind view of the city. Slightly off the beaten path but the neighborhood is quiet, charming and easily accessible to the city center. Also has an elevator/lift so no need to carry bags to the top floor.
