We arrived very late, so there was no more staff available, but the keys to our rooms were on the doors of our rooms, so no harm there. However, I couldn't get the airco to work. There was no toilet paper, neither was there any soap for the shower (I used some handsoap).
Arriving late was our responsibility, not of the personnel. However, pesonnel could have ensured that airco was functioning, and that toilet paper and soap was available in the bathroom.
