Apartamento Villa Mayo A

La tranquilidad del lugar al estar más apartado de la aglomeración del centro. La piscina maravillosa, muy tranquila, limpia y muy adecuada con bastantes hamacas. Y Charo muy amable, atenta y aconsejando lugares maravillosos de Conil. No dudéis nunca de decirle si algo no os parece que os ayudará del tirón, ya que con nosotros estuvo muy pendiente de todas las dudas que le planteábamos.

La lavadora era comunitaria, pero la hemos podido utilizar cuando hemos querido (son 5 apartamentos independientes). Inclusive, la misma Charo se ofreció a ponerla cuando vi la lavadora ocupada. La habitación solo tiene una mesita de noche, en un lado de la cama. Hay un armario bastante espacioso para guardar cosas, Aunque echamos en falta una segunda mesilla.

El apartamento está super limpio y muy acogedor

Las instalaciones están genial y super limpias. Piscina de lujo.

Tener que coger el coche cada vez que quieres ir a la playa o al pueblo, pero está cerquita y en contraprestación se está súper tranquilo sin ruidos ni nada qyte moleste, que eso en el pueblo es imposible de tener.

The Villa is very, very quiet and calm, perfect to relax (respect and silence are the rules of the Villa). The ambience around and the landscapes are beautiful. Charo, the owner, is lovely and super helpful for the smallest little thing you might need. Outside, each appartment has a small area for eating that is lovely and with nice views. It was great for having breakfast early in the morning. The bed is quite comfortable. The pool and the pool area are amazing, you can even barbecue, bring your drinks and food to the pool and enjoy the day as you like. The appartment is particularly worth it if you plan to use the pool often in combination with beach visits, but not to spend a lot of time in it, since it is rather basic.

The appartment looked bigger in the pictures. It has everything you need and still, it feels too simple. The sofa-bed in the living room is pretty uncomfortable. You need a car for literally everything if you stay in this appartment. You cannot reach the center of Conil by walk, the appartment is too far away and there is no sidewalk, just a road. (Although this is something I could have investigated better beforehand, it was disappointing). The area in general is quite expensive in terms of housing, but I felt like I was paying too much for what I got. I am Spanish and know the price of something like that should be ~20% less.
