I will definitely stay here again in the future. The house was super cute and easy to access. Its a short drive into Breckenridge. The house was clean, the beds were comfy, and it was incredibly peaceful. I love people, but getting away from the hustle and bustle in town was such a nice change of pace. While sitting outside you can hear the river across the highway when there isn't anyone on the road. The host was so great to work with and very responsive. It was a great experience and I can't wait to go back.

The cabin was lovely and comfortable, great location. Only downside was the communication before/at beginning of trip. We asked multiple times about early check-in options and did not get a reply. Then we did not get the access code for the house until an hour after check-in.

We really enjoyed staying at the Blue River Cabin. It had everything we needed and more. Our boys slept in the second bedroom with the two twin sized beds. There was a sound machine and a humidifier in that room which was greatly appreciated. The queen bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and we did use the provided boxed fan at night. The games and legoes were a huge hit with our boys as well as the trampoline outside.Blue River is right outside of Breckenridge and was just a short drive and it was nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood without all of the hussle and bustle of town. Almost everyday, when driving out of Breckenridge, we were able to see moose out in a field as we headed towards Blue River. There were also some trails in Blue River so we felt like the area was perfect for us. The cabin was spacious and very clean. Thank you for a great stay at your cabin. Our vacation was even better because of the Blue River Cabin!

Breckenridge is expensive, there’s no getting around that for skiing, snowmobiling, food etc. However you CAN save on housing, by staying in this cute 2/2 cabin in Blue River. Drive into Breck was approximately 10-15 minutes (traffic dependent), and easy. A straight shot, no turns besides the one out of the cabin onto the main road that heads into Breck. The cabin was newly remodeled with every kitchen appliance you should need (crockpot, toaster, small food processor, plus all the usual pots/pans etc). Good sized washer and dryer. Comfortable couch, loveseat, and tv in living room. Comfortable dining set. Second bed had 2 twins. Would be more comfortable for youth rather than adults, but even for adults the beds were serviceable. Garage and private driveway. Cute back porch (not covered) with fire pit which I’m sure is lovely in the seasons that do not have snow. We could not use it due to the snow, but that isn’t an owner fault, just a winter in the mountains problem. Owner was communicative, check-in and check-out were easy. Only negatives were no forced air to help the heat warm up the house and no TVs in bedrooms. Not deal breakers though as they provided plenty of blankets to help keep warm, and TVs in the bedrooms would be nice for people who don’t want to watch the same thing, but isn’t strictly necessary. All in all, a comfortable stay at an affordable price!

We had a great weekend at the cabin and enjoyed the beautiful area of Breckenridge. The fireplace was our favorite part as it dumped about a foot of snow outside. Very nice mattress in the king room and the humidifier helped us sleep great.

House was very nice and accommodating for 4 people, great kitchen and was extremely well-stocked Our bed was really comfortable. Since there were two couples the living room might have used another chair or small sofa and the housekeeping could be improved a little but nothing major. The views were awesome. We would definitely stay there again.

Liked this stay..well stocked dishes; 12 min to Breckinridge; great Mountain View from porch (just don’t look left) and make sure you are clever enough to run the complicated TV/Xfinity system If you need TV… WiFi signal at about 10mbs the days we were there. Would we return? YES because being out of jammed Breckenridge yet close is worth it all!

We were able to easily book online knowing they did have a flexible cancellation policy. They emailed reminders, house code, directions, etc. They had maps and a rental guide in the building once we got there. They let us use the garage and had the remote and extra keys easily available once inside. Very well stocked as far as bedding, dishes, etc. beautiful home, only small complaint was the closeness to the hwy. a little noisy. Also I have no problem at all with dogs, I work at a vet clinic, but sitting on the back deck there was a definite dog poop smell. I would recommend this place to other friends and family and would definitely come back myself! Thank you for letting us use your home!
