About this house rental
Conveniently located in Sedona within a nice single family residential area, nearby all local amenities; this 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms accommodation will make you feel right at home. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, the living room-dining with 6 seats dining table, the large enclosed patio, the deck, and make a full use of the laundry room. TV (streaming channels only) in living room, in master bedroom and in third bedroom, fast wi-fi. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Close to hiking trails, restaurants, galleries, yoga studios, etc. Easy self check-in with a key box, easy parking on driveway.

Check out: at or before 10 AM.
This is a non smoking unit (non smoking of any kind). We also apply no pets policy. Violation to these house rules will result in no refund of your damage deposit.

To preserve the original character of this single-family home, the property is intended for one cohesive group traveling together (such as a family). It is not suitable for group lodging arrangements where 5-6 unrelated individuals occupy the home separately or use it for independent or work-related housing purposes.
The maximum occupancy must be respected, and sleeping arrangements are limited to the designated beds in the three bedrooms. The sofas in the living areas are provided for seating only and are not to be used as sleeping spaces.
Bookings consisting of unrelated individuals seeking separate sleeping spaces (for example, five-six individuals each expecting their own designated sleeping area) are not permitted. This property is not intended to function as a room-by-room or shared housing rental.
Commercial/work use is not permitted.
Booking Requirement:
The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property for the duration of the booking. Third-party bookings (reserving on behalf of others) are not permitted without prior approval.

We have used a number of vacation rental properties, and this was one of the best. The location was great because it was close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk to the Golder Goose Restaurant for dinner.Max provided everything to make our visit great including soaps and coffee. We were able to do the laundry before we left.He also gave us a lot of info about the area and saved us a lot of precious "exploring' time.We will stay there again when we get back to Sedona.Thank you, Max!Ed & Sandy

When I walked in I was wishing we were spending more than one night here. Lovely backyard & “lanai” area; beds were comfortable; very nice location!

I really liked the place and it's in a great location and the checkin - checkout process was super simple. But both my daughter and I got bitten a lot while we were in the house. Not too sure if it was spider bites or bed bugs.... I did tell them and they said they would rectify the situation so if they do the property has a lot to offer in terms of space, location and amentities.
