The apartment is really huge and spacious, which is a good thing.
Considering the fact you're paying 100€ through the taxes and stuff for cleaning the place, it could've been a bit more tidyer. It doesn't say anywhere that it's on the 4th floor, with no elevator. TV wasn't working neither.
