El que contara con 1 baño para cada habitación
La falta de pequeñas cosas que hacen más cómoda una estancia, como un colgador para la toalla de lavabo y alguna que otra balda...

Que cada habitación tenga su baño. Entrada a pie de calle y en la calle suele haber sitio para aparcar. La ubicación es buena para salir del pueblo a las excursiones y a la vez a pocos minutos del centro.
Quizás la habitación de abajo debería ser individual y disponer de al menos un pequeño armario.

Las habitaciones de planta superior, aunque tenían bastante humedad.
La habitación de la planta baja, muchas humedad y mal acondicionada. El menaje escaso y de mala calidad, los cuchillos no cortaban y no había ni horno ni lavavajillas.
