This beautiful condo is modern and totally updated with new furnishings and a full kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. Located in the heart of North Conway and minutes from Cranmore, Storyland, Downtown North Conway, Settlers Green outlets, Stonehurst Manor, Moathouse, May Kelley's and all the great attractions nearby.
The single level condo is meticulous with a large living room and dining area. A slider opens up to a huge deck with a gas grill and patio table. You will appreciate the three generous bedrooms with comfy queen beds after a day of hiking the trails, swimming in the pool, playing tennis or basketball, rafting on the Saco, or shopping tax-free in the outlet stores.
Visit Storyland, Mt. Washington Auto Road, Cranmore Mountain, Zeb's General Store in the quaint downtown area, golf at the Conway CC and dine in one of the terrific restaurants nearby while taking in the fresh air and mountain views all around you.
There is so much to see and do in the White Mountains and North Conway is the best location for all of it.
Due to Covid-19 the community pool is closed for the summer of 2020.

I was back up in the area because of my daughter who is stage 4 breast cancer. she is going into hospice very soon and I needed to be with her now. coming back to the condo was very comforting, and homey thank you for an amazing stay. Ellen

First I have to say the communication with the owner was great! Never waited too long for a response to questions and they left the Property Managers information as well. No one was there before us so we were able to check in early.
Suggestions or issues: Beds were not made when we got there,, linens were left folded on the beds. There were not enough towels provided and we were asked to make sure they were washed and dried before leaving. We did towels twice during our stay and made sure they were done before leaving . There were cobwebs on the ceilings and in corners. Which made me question why we pay a cleaning fee. There was only one end table in the living room, so we had to use dining room chairs to place a coffee cup etc., the master bedroom mattress is AWFUL! Although the furniture is nice in each room the mattresses need to be replaced and additional night stands would be helpful for people who have breathing machines. We have stayed in many places and although this place is fairly updated, some things need more attention. We did love having a ground floor condo and NorthBrook is a nice quiet area and close to everything.
