Apt ground floor with 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. All single beds can be easily moved to set up in double bed. All beds have sheets and pillowcases, 1 duvet, 1 blanket and 1 pillow.
1 main bathroom and another attached service area. 1 Dining room combined with the living room with fireplace. The balcony faces the square. A locked garage for a car. Gate with remote control in the access to the internal courtyard of the building. Kitchen with 4 burner stove, refrigerator gde and all necessary accessories. Service area with tank and clothesline.

A localização é o ponto forte. Dá para ir andando a Vila Capivari e no comércio local.
O apto é um pouco antigo, mas bastante confortável para até 9 pessoas. Só o chuveiro do banheiro interno que não esquentava o suficiente, o que tornava o banho um pouco incômodo.
O anfitrião foi bastante assertivo nos retornos e não tivemos nenhum problema durante a estadia.
